"Great place to have a night before Hobbiton. Everything perfect.The owner was very nice and she explained how to get there. She put the heater on before arrival to be warm at our arrival. Matamata is a quiet town, but surorisinglu, there are many places to have dinner."

"Small communication issue due to wrong description in room listing. One spa pool not functioning and the other was in use all night. Apart from that, service was great, the staff were able to correct our room immediately."
