"Spent a long weekend here with my wife and dog, this place is 5-star across the board. I lost track of the number of times I’ve been here, just keep coming back, such a beautiful property. House is always clean, has everything you need. Quick Tip: Millers Meat Market in Lowville is a short drive. The food truck out in front has smoked ribs, brisket, and some other items ready for take out (open at select times so give a call before going),…you won’t be sorry paying the place a visit."

"Yes, this home is every bit as cozy & comfy as described! Immediately felt its charm. Beautiful view of the water from the sliding glass doors. Pine Tree Inn for a meal is less than 5 min. away. "My stay at Hill Top Lodge was wonderful! Chris is a fabulous host (along with Bare and Nikko, the two king shepherds). The bacon really is as good as the other reviews say! Photos of the property really don’t do it justice (it may be a bit steep for some to access the creek by foot though). The kitchen was well stocked with basic spices, oils, pots, and pans for cooking dinners. I would absolutely stay here again!"
