"Staff and service is very good, it's clear that it's a 5 star hotel in that aspect. They make you feel comfortable. Rooms are big enough, but some amenities need renovation. For example, TVs, air conditioning control system, or plugs are old. Area is nice as you have next to you a mall and lots of restaurant options, however, this also can make the area litte bit noisy, specially on weekends."

"Llegamos muy temprano tipo 08:00 hrs. y no hubo ningún problema en dejar nuestras cosas en el hotel. Fuimos muy bien atendidos, nos prestaron toallas para ducharnos y nos ofrecieron té, café y un pastelillo como bienvenida. Al regresar, estaba la habitación impecable, con todas las comodidades necesarias y un buen servicio de wifi. Tiene dos terrazas desde las cuales tomamos muy buenas fotografías. El desayuno buffet fue excelente y la atención de todo el personal inmejorable, las dos chicas de la jornada de la mañana Kübra y Bahar se esmeraron hasta el cansancio en atender nuestras consultas y ayudarnos con los tours, y las dos chicas de la tarde (no apunté sus nombres, lamentablemente), también hicieron todo para ayudarnos a pasar una buena estancia. De hecho, hicimos el check in a las 11:00 hrs. y tuvimos todo el apoyo de ellas para esperar nuestro bus que salía a las 20:00 hrs. Al final, nos hicieron un regalito por alojarnos en el hotel. Recomiendo este hotel absolutamente, pues por calidad, precio y atención, difícilmente se encontrará una mejor opción en Goreme. ¡Solo cabe dar las gracias por todas las aenciones recibidas!"

"En general muy buen alojamiento. Sólo no me gustó que en vez de preguntar si habíamos consumido algo de la nevera y esperar y confiar en nuestra respuesta mandaran a alguien a revisarla. Será su política pero no me habia pasado antes"

"The hotel in general is very nice. The dinner buffet is extraordinary, perhaps the highlight of this hotel. The staff's attention is good but they can improve. Breakfast and drinks are regular. It needs a little maintenance, the room did not work, the bathroom extractor. The parking lot is small for the size of the hotel. We booked dinner with extra payment at the restaurant and my disappointing Duck did not have any flavor, the worst Duck I have ever had, beautiful place and good attention from the staff but very disappointing in the food. It's not worth paying extra when you have an extraordinary and abundant buffet. There are too many people and from early on in the pools the places are reserved. I didn't enjoy my stay as I thought."
