"Great!! The place was very clean, nice, and kept up. It was in a great location, about 1 block from the ocean and a place called On Da Beach Bar & Grill. 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks. "There was six in our party ranging from 22-78, plenty of room to spread out, the house was clean and felt new inside, the host were the best to deal with answering all my questions in a timely manner and after our arrival they shared there personal number if we needed them, the house had plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and cooking utensils!"

"We vacationed with our kids and some of their friends. The property was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The expansive peninsula had multiple seating areas- all super comfortable and with 360 views of the gorgeous sunsets. The dock fit our boating needs well - the water ferry could almost make it at low tide - and absolutely reached the dock at higher (not just highest) tides. Junior could have helped, but we used our boat to bridge the gap. Snorkeling was fun on the side of the peninsula...

Issues with the door to the deck being heavy and hard to move (especially for my kids) and the power going out frequently (they have a generator but even that was tricky to work at times). "This was our second trip to Elbow Cay. Conch Quest is a short golf cart ride to Sea Spray Marina, Tahiti Beach, Firefly, Abaco Inn and On Da Beach - all amazing places! Lisa (property manager) was absolutely amazing handling any issues we encountered. Mr. Sanders and Lisa were also a huge help ensuring we had everything in order prior to our trip (i.e. taxi, ferry, golf cart, boat rental, etc.). We are definitely planning another trip soon."

"I’ve been to exuma and Nassau and Abaco is far superior. The food for some reason is as good as south Florida as opposed to the other islands where even at fancy resorts it was mediocre and overpriced. The people were super nice and professional. The hotel is old but it’s clean and my room was fine. Will not be going back to the other islands. Exuma is too empty and Nassau is too ghetto and overrun by tourists. Ask for Kim or Shelly at the bar. Really, really good people. "
