Mountain view cabin

Beautiful and Relaxing!!

It was a relaxing and beautiful scenery. The host was amazing and accommodating!! The only negative is the road to the cabin, definitely need a SUV or truck. Definitely will be returning!!!

Secluded - Quiet - Safe

The description of the property and driving directions were perfect. I would recommend driving a truck or suv. The water tasted great and the home was clean and well equipped. The host and the neighbor are amazing! We would stay here again.

Great little geta away

Great little get away for a couple. Not so much for 2 single dudes visiting the offroad park a few miles down the road. While there is 2 beds the one down stairs being very comfortable and welcoming it is my understanding the upstairs fold out bed is only comparable to that of sleeping on a trampoline. The entrance into the property is only suitable for 4x4's not pulling a 32 ft car trailer.. A very steep, rough grade. Didnt bother us much but might others. Overall a really neat property,. .

Beautiful property

What a great weekend! My wife and I stayed during an autumn rainy weekend and it was so beautiful. Host was awesome and property was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend!

Incredible Get Away!

I highly recommend this property! It is tucked away up in the mountains and the views are amazing! The cabin has all the dishes and utensils you need as well as many spices and kitchen items that make the stay very enjoyable. We used the charcoal grill and the fire pit and both were great. There is plenty of dead fall around to throw in the fire pit. The cabin was super clean and organized. We had plenty of hot water and a strong cell signal. There are a couple stores within 15 minutes to get groceries and other necessities. It's also only a shirt drive to the scenic Talimena Drive. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels on site. There is a washing machine and dryer if needed. The driveway is rough but we didn't mind as we were in a FWD SUV. One thing to be aware of, the bedroom is downstairs and the kitchen/living area is upstairs. The stairs are on the outside of the cabin. So there is quite a bit of going up and down the stairs and depending on the weather, you have to be dressed appropriately. The only television is in the bedroom. The cabin would be perfect if there was a tv in the kitchen/living area also. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to really get away and be secluded. We love that aspect. We will be going again.

Great View

Nice, clean, modern cabin with a great view from the second-floor deck. One suggestion is to have the ac turned on about an hour before check-in to cool the cabin down a bit before guests arrive. Thanks.

Oklahoma visit with daughter

My husband and I went to Oklahoma to see our daughter who recently moved there and her new husband. Two of our grandsons from Nashville stayed with us in the cabin. We enjoyed our stay and liked the cabin. The road is pretty bad but we managed. The rental car place didn’t have a vehicle available with clearance but we were able to get up there without an issue. Enjoyed the cabin and seeing our family. Thanks

Beautiful and secluded

This is a stunning property on a mountainside. The views are one of a kind. The property is clean and well set for a weekend getaway. Had a few questions for the host and her response was instant and spot on. I hope to visit again.

Nice getaway

The property was very nice. A bit tough to find on the first trip, but no problems getting up to the cabin or down the hill. I was in and out several times and had no problems, even after a heavy rain. The cabin was clean and well supplied. I was lucky enough to catch a few hours of a lightning storm across the valley that was incredible to watch. Views are great from the living room and porch.

Quiet Getaway

This is such a quiet, relaxing getaway. The location is great, we went swimming at the Potato Hills swimming beach and it was perfect. This is a great place to go unwind and “disconnect” from the hustle n’ bustle for awhile.

Secluded Cabin On Lake

This cabin was a huge hit for our family for our weekend lake retreat! It was super clean upon check in, and stocked with anything we may have forgotten! The entertainment selection was really great, we took advantage of the games and movies! The showers were wonderful, and the water from the UV treatment system tasted great! Our kids loved having the upstairs and downstairs separation, giving them some independence. This place has great views, great amenities, and really nice hosts! Definitely recommend and will be back!
