Overall was a great house, site said two king beds but was only one, spiral stairs were very small and slick need non skid pads for safety had someone fall going down luckily only bruised up.Location was great very clean and lots of extras paper towel toilet paper extra towels face wipes…Definately would stay again.

Quick trip
Great stay. Very comfy. Slept well. Host was very responsive and did a repair as soon as asked. The inner staircase was a tight squeeze and more treacherous than expected so we put a chair in front of it to keep baby and kids from using it and opted to go out and around the external stairs to go between the floors. Balcony is safer than pictured with more slats so kids don’t risk falling. The layout was different then I thought it was described with two bedrooms on each floor but I am open that with my mommy brain I misinterpreted. Each floor has a big bed and a room with a bunk bed. Great for two families to stay! Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies and even spices in the cupboard. We preferred the 14th st beach access ramp since the dunes have signs about fines and danger to the wildlife. Pack N play and high chair are on site but we had brought our own for comfort. Plenty of towels for the beach and showers.

Perfect!
This property was perfect for our family! The kitchen and living room were very spacious. My family enjoyed being so close to the beach. The 2 washers and 2 dryers were a lifesaver! Loved the covered porch to sit and drink coffee early of the morning and late at night. If I'm ever back in Tybee, this is the place that I want to choose to stay.

Nice beach house
This is 100% of what a beach house on Tybee should be. Everyone will enjoy this place. Perfect location near shops, groceries, and food/drinks. Great place for a family or families. Beach access is very convenient. We enjoyed every minute.

Older established unit in need of cosmetic repairs. The spiral internal staircase was OK for kids but tight for adults. Several broken items and light bulbs burnt out in all the rooms. A/C on bottom floor was not working, contacted VRBO and they had serviceman there the next day. Overall nice location in a quiet area close to beach with partial beach views.

Great long weekend!
We went for a long bachelorette weekend and this place was absolutely perfect! So close to the beach and 30 min from downtown Savannah. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We all had a great stay! Chip was very easy to get in contact with during our stay and very helpful.

Great Location
We had an amazing time. Easy access to beach and everything around. The house was clean does it need a few touch ups sure it's a beach house rental, I would stay there again the owner accommodated us with a late check out because no one was checking in the day we checked out. We had a blast thanks again hope to be back soon.

Fun for all
We came to Tybee on our family beach trip with family of all ages. We loved the house. The kitchen area is open and spacious which we really needed to accommodate our big family! It is in the perfect location with a super close beach access. The owner was readily availabe any time we had a question concerning the property and was extremely easy to work with. We would definately stay again!

Take my advice and book elsewhere!
This property is nothing like advertised! The picture had to have been taken at least 10+ years ago given the current run down state of the property. The steps as pictured are falling in, nails sticking out of them and a overall DANGER! Inside the property is much the same or worse than the outside and very rundown and old, all the bedding was dirty upon arrival and had pee stains all over the bedding and saturated in the bed not to mention the king size bed was broken down on one side. The sliding doors to the patio do NOT lock and had a plastic piece from the refrigerator to keep the door from opening entirely. We immediately reached out to the host and sent photos and videos of the issues, he was in lack of better words, a JERK! he told us he didn’t care and done nothing to correct the issue nor would he issue a partial refund. This issue is far from over!
