"We had a very nice stay here when visiting family. I had to call the host at 9:45pm to ask a question and she answered the phone right away and provided me with what I needed. House was clean and comfortable. It definitely provided ample space for the three of us which is what we wanted. It’s definitely a better option than a hotel if you need more space and freedom of movement at the same price or even lower than some hotel options. We will stay there again. "

"My 13 year old daughter and I booked a weekend getaway to see one of our favorite artists. As a mom having a safe place was key for my selection. Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend! "

"We stayed here to attend a graduation at Wichita State university and it was in a great location. Truly 12-14 minutes from everything. Both driveway and street parking and the keypad check in was a breeze. The 3 bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of couch space as well. Just a note that two of the bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom and the other bathroom is attached to the master downstairs. Would definitely return."

"Book it! This house has been beautifully remodeled and makes great use of its space. 10 of us stayed for 3 nights while attending our son’s basketball tournament in Wichita. Andover was perfect to be in a smaller community that still had plenty of places to shop and eat while still being very close to our gym in Wichita. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and it’s very easy to get on the highway to head into Wichita. We walked to the Braum’s that’s super close two nights and the boys...

We did just fine above the Bar & Grill and the main drag with traffic-but it is very popular, and the music goes until 2 pm. We will be staying here again! "Excellent stay, the house was wonderful and the host was great, the AC unit had an issue after the city lost power and she was very quick to make sure it was repaired, the house was perfect for everyone, the loft was great for the kids with two twin beds, and the two other bedrooms were nice with king sized beds, the location and distance to necessities made it easy for the kids to walk to buy snacks and drinks at the Caseys while the Walmart was only a bit farther at a minute or two drive...
