Not happy with this rental
I have been renting houses for the long weekend in ctober for over 15 years now, This house has its good and bad . Good - Communication with owners throughout ,Comfy beds, Short walk to shops and beach, Kitchen well stocked, Both showers excellent - temperature and pressure excellent. . But Bad- I specifically booked this house as we wanted a pool-IT WAS ADVERTISED IT HAD A POOL, Owner told me after we had booked there is no pool- not happy , Driveway too steep , Air con not working properly, Electric bbq not working properly, oven not working properly, Stain on quilt - possibly blood??, Cobwebs on outside table and chairs .After all the houses we have been to in the last 15 years which were excellent I would not recommend this house .

A cute little property that is owned and managed by PEOPLE! With the increase in property management companies on Stayz, it's lovely to still see properties that are owned and managed by individuals. Great stay by the beach
House was clean and tidy and provided all necessities such as high chair for infants, kitchen appliances and extras like sand castle toys and bogey boards. Backyard is terraced so was a bit hard for kids to kick ball, and very steep driveway and stairs at front but overall a great stay close to shops and beach.

Great 3 bedroom house for holiday. Well equipped and beds comfortable. Easy walk to Tallowood shops and North Mollymook beach. TV small but got used to it.

Great weekender!
We enjoyed our stay weekend stay. The place was as described (very steep driveway as others have mentioned). Communication with hosts and check in process smooth and easy 10 min walk to the beach. Would stay here again. One note, we could at times hear the pokies from the bowling club across the road.

Lovely property. Very clean, fresh and inviting. Great place to relax after a busy day. Entertainment area out the back was great. Driveway is steep but stairs are an option. Would definitely stay again

A very happy homey Christmas
This is a great place to stay, exactly as described by the owners. The living area & the beds all very comfortable, the second bedroom is nearly as lovely as the main bedroom & the third bedroom has a tv. It is a very steep block which reduced our use of the the driveway & the garden. But the garden is pretty & fenced for the dogs. A shame the neighbours were partying loudly (other neighbours were asking them to keep it down) 4 nights in a row. Also some of the kitchen gear - pots n pans & the dishwasher - wasn't clean when we arrived. Very minor 'downsides' on a wonderful stay for our family of 3 adults & 2 dogs.

Immaculate and dog friendly!
We had a great stay at this house. It was very clean and there was no trace of sand or pet hair although it was very pet friendly and our dog loved it as much as us. It was walking distance to beautiful beaches and right opposite the Bowling Club. We particularly loved Narrawallee Beach (a short drive) which, after 4pm, is a dog off-leash beach. There was nothing the house lacked for us. We’d love to come again.

Warning re Driveway
The driveway is described as "rather steep". In fact it is terrifying. It rises over 5 metres in a length of about 12 metres. The top (garage entry) is not visible from the bottom (footpath crossing), and vice-versa. There is no level surface until actually in the garage. The driveway varies in width, being narrower at the bottom (invisible when descending), and I twice ran off the driveway during our stay. before learning the only "safe "way to descend from this garage to the street is to keep the parking brake firmly engaged all the way down. I suggest this property come with a warning the driveway is VERY steep and advice such as the above to hopefully improve others enjoyment of this property.
