We used this property as a jumping off point to explore the trails of the Susquehannock state forest and were not at all disappointed. The property owner is kind and helpful and quickly answered a number of questions that I asked via the VRBO messenger app. We will defiantly be returning to explore even more of the beautiful wilderness in this area and...

"Comfortable cabin set in a nice area with view of the creek from the porch. Nice size rooms, very clean, with just about everything provided for your stay. Driving distance to several points of interest, PA Grand Canyon, Cherry Springs State Park, Kinzua Bridge, etc. Several small towns to walk around, especially nice was Wellsboro, you can spend a day there. All in all, very enjoyable stay."

"Loved the location and property itself. Close enough to things to do yet far enough away. Cozy cabin with plenty of amenities. My only recommendation would be to get a new roku remote (two buttons were extremely hard to work) and clean the grill, it did not work for us - there was propane but the lines needed cleaned. Neither of those bothered us during the stay though and we plan to return. ❤️"

"Had a fantastic week at the lodge with our adult children and preschool grandchildren. The kids LOVED running everywhere ! Even had fantastic whole family hide and seek. Explored some local sites, but also just enjoyed the property. The ac units upstairs were so welcome. It got a bit uncomfortable heatwise inside, but overall it cooled down enough for sleeping. What we didn't expect we the rear deck being full of leaves and the outdoor furniture there was mossy - obviously not used by earlier guests. the HVAC system was very noisy. "This was our second stay at this AWESOME LITTLE CABIN. It is an absolute gem. Charmingly decorated, cozy, and very private. The addition of a full-sized refrigerator was a real bonus too especially since we like to prepare most of our own meals. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants some quiet time away!"

We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀."
