"My stay was a graduation present for my grandson (we made visits to Manhattan and Brooklyn). My score would have been 5 stars, had it not been for the weather (it was hot, air conditioning in bedrooms only). Check-in took a little longer because of another tenant taking too many keys, leaving me having to use an emergency key. Host did his best in all of this, felt very safe in the neighborhood. I gave my grandson the glam bedroom, which he loved! I would rent again."

"The Best property I have ever stayed in and the Property Manager Peter is a Blessing. He was with us every step of the way to accommodate whatever we needed. The place itself is wonderful, great NYC 180 degree back drop with perfectly cute units lined up across the Hudson. Units are very clean and has every amenity you would need to make your stay comfortable. My elderly mother had a slip and fall accident the night before our checkout due to heavy snow and ice and on just one text message he...

"Wonderful spot! The house was perfect for our family and friend weekend getaway. Clean and plenty of extra blankets (here in December) three of the bedrooms are downstairs on a narrow stairs. How to get upper down if anyone has mobility issues. Also, it’s difficult to get a large suitcase. But if you have a carry-on or a medium suitcase, you can get it down there. Great views from two bedrooms downstairs an amazing view from the shared balcony of the dining room. Wish we could’ve spent more time...

"Was a great experience. The hotel have a very great potencial for attract new customers. They have many opportunities to improve the customer experience. The location is fenomenal. Only take 5 minutes to WTC Memorial, Oculus and many Metro stations. The location is very safe. The room and amenities are just like the offer, just like photos. The lobby crew was very supportive and friendly. I hope in my next trip to NYC have a new stay with Tribeca Hotel. You're so nice guys!"
