Great stay!

Nice and relaxing! Everything we needed for the week. Kids loved all the activities in the garage. Lots of beach time….quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Spent most of our time in the screened in porch area when at the house. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, nice kitchen, enjoyed backyard and games in the garage. After some long days with lots of walking the hot tub was greatly appreciated. Seen lots of deers in the backyard. Enjoyed by all

Ideal Location and Entertaining House

The house is in a great location, Union Pier is so underrated. The beds were fairly comfortable, some a little too soft. The hot tub, ping pong table, and fire pit really added to the attraction of this house. The house felt very comfortable from the beginning. The only issue was that the contact person listed did not respond to messages and it ended up being an entirely different contact who did send responses, it was just confusing. The house was clean and the yard was well maintained. I would definitely book here again.

Felt like home

What a wonderful trip to union pier! We loved our stay here and look forward to returning soon! Michele and Michael made this cottage feel like home. Relaxing Stay

The home is very nice. We were able to relax in the hot tub and really enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch. It was just my husband and I but there was lots of sleeping space for bigger groups. It was close to restaurants and shops, we had a great time.

Great Getaway

My family and I stayed at this property for a week, and had a wonderful time. The cottage is actually very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. It was equipped with everything that we needed, and more. Lot's of great space to hang out and lounge, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The owners were very responsive, and I would absolutely recommend this property, if you are staying in the Union Pier area.

Great stay!

We loved our week vacation away at this property! The garage game room was a huge hit! The property was very close to restaurants, breweries and antique shops in Union Pier and Néw Buffalo. We loved the gelato place just down the road! We made several trips back and forth from our boat that we rent a slip for week in the New Buffalo marina. Very easy access to go back and forth. The Townline beach was very close by and we loved spending time there. The stocked kitchen utensils, laundry onsite and hot tub also made this trip so easy for us to enjoy!

Great House

We had a wonderful week at Welcome Back Cottage. Owners maximized the space, and the screened-in porch and game garage were big hits for both adults and kids. House, especially kitchen, had everything we needed. Although not referenced in description, there were 8 chairs for beach in garage. The property manager (Tonya) was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us out.

Wonderful rental for making family memories

Beautiful house in amazing location!

The house was so cute and had everything you could ask for to make a fun and relaxing weekend! The location is perfect, you have your privacy with a huge yard, but are still only a short walk away from the beach and short drive away from the hot spots in New Buffalo! This would be my go-to place to stay anytime in Michigan!

Cottage Union Pier

The cottage was excellent with plenty of room for all eight of us! Cute place, nice kitchen! It was an easy drive to several wineries we visited & also New Buffalo! We enjoyed the screened in porch, hot tub, & outdoor area. We would book this cottage again!

Relaxing respite

I felt everything was as indicated in the advertising. Although our party only had four people there is room for many more. The house is 1.1 miles from the beach (very nice sand and water quality) and is an easy walk. We brought all our food and were able to do anything we wanted with the supplies provided. The garage with a dart board, table tennis, and other assorted options was appreciated. The area is quite and was under construction in the business district (very small), in addition to the COVID-19 restrictions, so we didn't get a great sense of the options available. No complaints, although there were some issues with regulating the houses humidity level - we were comfortable temperature wise, but humidity levels remained pretty high and resulted in a slightly musty smell over the course of our stay. Very minor issue and certainly wouldn't detract from a stay in the future.

Great location!
