"If anything, the Cozy Cottage is even better than the listing makes it sound -- and the listing makes it sound great! It's a perfect space for one or two people for a weekend or even longer. It's well-appointed, the location is very pretty, and the hosts are lovely. It can be tricky spotting the driveway coming up on the road (pro tip: white mailbox!) but that's about the worst I can say. Will book again sometime!"

"My sister and I stayed around the corner from our aunt and uncle. We bought things at the co-op but mostly ate with family. It was nice to sit downstairs one evening and watch a Netflix show. Coffee in the morning was easy and the bathroom had just what I needed. The best part was the comfortable bed and quiet location. And the ease of communicating with the host. Definitely will stay there again in the future."

"The house and surrounding were very nice. Exactly as described and had some nice touches left by the management company- extra soap, laundry pods, doggie poop bags. The only concerns were that the keypad on the door was temperamental and didn’t work our entire visit (thankfully there was a key in a lockbox so we could get inside when it was cold and raining) and there were several dishes put away dirty. "Nice apartment with lovely views of Three Mile Pond. Lake access was decent though the paths down are steep. Convenient to shopping in South China and Augusta. The interior was clean and modern. My only complaint was the outdoor floodlight, which could not be switched off by any means we were able to learn about during our stay. When I drive this far from the major cities, I like to enjoy the darkness as much as the quiet. So if you want to see the Milky Way, choose some other Maine vacation...

"I was overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of Janet in the way she had the cottage stocked with all the necessities for cooking and cleaning. The cottage was clean and lovely with windows that open to the sea breeze in every direction. "The property was exactly as represented. It has all the basic necessities. The location was perfect. Right on the lake so we could do our ice fishing right from the porch. Check in and out was easy. The only small downside was the parking. I have a suburban so there was not a lot of space in front of the cottage for it to fit and be completely off the road. I was a little nervous it would get clipped by someone driving by."
