"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Jungs im Alter von 3 und 6 Jahren für eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Chalet mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Selbst beim Aufstehen wurden wir schon von diesem Panorama begrüßt. Das Chalet ist bestens für eine Familie ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

Personal muy poco amable. Estaba tan mal que no me pude quedar aunq no quisieron devolverme el dinero de la primera noche, tuve que irme y pagar otro hotel."

"We stayed at Chalet Sulegg in January 2025 for a skiing holiday. As a family of five adults the apartment was more than big enough for all of us. The apartment was clean and adequately stocked. The directions to the chalet good be improved by using what3words as it is not completely clear when you haven’t been to Wengen before. "We were a group of 8 adults visiting Interlaken and were very pleased with our stay at the Jungfrau Family Home. We found the accommodations very comfortable and the kitchen was a good size for having meals with a large group. We found the location of the home to be quite good and we were able to walk to restaurants, stores and transportation. We would be more than happy to return when we come back to Interlaken. "

"We had a great time at this property! Close to the center of town, bus stop and swimming pool. There were a few dead bugs in the house but otherwise good cleanliness. Plenty of plates and silverware for a group. The beds were especially comfy. Thanks!"

"Best apartment in the area! Stunning views surrounded by amazing waterfalls, breathtaking mountains and gorgeous goats. Apartment was very spacious, clean, had some thoughtful touches and had all the things you need. It looks better when you are there. Host was attentive, friendly and very helpful. We had a slight issue with the key safe but it was resolved in speedy time. Definitely would recommend. 5* slight"
