"Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. "Our entire family stayed here to celebrate a special birthday. We were very pleased with the farmhouse and the amount of space. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Only reason we gave a 4 for cleanliness is because it was a little dusty (But expected due to it being a farmhouse!) Would recommend to all. "

"We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area.
