"This place had everything we needed for our whānau of 3 to enjoy a few nights away. Clean, cosy house, comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Heat pump kept us warm. Good sized table for board games. Good sized TV and good wifi. Great river walk. My daughter loved the Guinea pigs. The only thing we needed to bring was a coffee plunger."

"Have stayed here before and love the amount of space there is. 3 toilets and 3 showers meant no queues. Heat pump was on when we arrived so house was really toasty. Large TV we were able to watch sports on."

"The most charming bach we have stayed at in the past few years. Absolutely delightful, comfortable, and so full of character. Beautifully decorated. "The family vacation was suberb with fact that the Bach matched well with our expectation, nice, clean and cosy home, well equipped, close to enmities and interesting places in Masterton. Highly recommended Bach to stay! My only seggestion to the owner, please add another mirror. There is only one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom."

"Both families had a fantastic 3 nights at this beautiful property while using it as a base to enjoy the region. Had everything you needed - including linen and towels - for a great stay. Only downside was the heat pump struggles to warm such a large space in winter, but an extra layer on while inside fixes that. Totally recommend for anyone wanting to have a relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of Aotearoa."

"Our stay here was twofold. One: quality time together and Two: a tryout for the young dogs in a boarding kennel not far away. The last night the dogs stayed with us. The bach was awesome. Very well laid out and complete. If anything, we couldn’t find any ice cube trays so our G&T was a bit make do. For the rest just great. Hear the moreporks at night, swim in the river at Pots Reserve. Best kept secret: Kuku Beach. Don’t go there folks to keep it a secret 😁"

"This is the second time we've stayed at this special place. We felt very at home in the house, and appreciate that there's lots of room to spread out in. But we especially love the pool and the spa pool and made the most of them. The outdoor table area was great for spending time and eating meals. And the hosts were great, providing good instructions and making us feel welcome in their house. I hope we will be able to visit again!"
