"This is our 2nd stay at FantaSea. It is truly a beautiful place. We were 10 adults and 4 children (7 mos to 5 yrs). We hung by the pool, walked down to the beach, and went to both resort bars that are within walking distance for happy hours. There was really no reason to drive anywhere. A great island vacation!"

"Do NOT believe the listing. The person listing this 5 bedroom beachfront villa stole photos from another owner and owns a one week time share at a 3 Bedroom villa NOT on the water. He accepted my online booking for dates he did not even own and then told me for a “deal” I could rent it for another week (which he had no access to nor does he own the next week as a time share) and I would be all set. "Family of ten had a great week at St. Maarten. The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the pool as a place to congregate. The proximity to a nearby trail along the coast line was an added bonus. Chris was very responsive to our questions and for advice and help in lining up catered meals and in house chef services. "We loved our stay. The view is incredible, the building is super clean, the parking is secure and easy to navigate. Annie was amazing at communicating and providing all the information we needed. We are a disabled couple, including an ambulatory wheelchair user,And the elevator / step free access was perfect for us. The parking spot was also only a short distance from the elevator. The condo was huge and easy to keep the wheelchair in. Really loved our whole stay! "

"Loved the property and the view. There is construction to the right of the property that obscures ten percent of the view, but in time the project will be completed. Also, the place is perfect for two (and NOT for 4--unless the plus 2 are kids. We stayed a week and the location is convenient. Finally, supplies in the unit are not perfect but we have let the owners know and our sense is that such supplies will be replenished. "
