Everything I needed and more!
Booked a few months in advance and Ariel was very helpful and responsive. The house is around 5 mins close to many fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a train station, etc. There was an abundant of necessitys provided, I really appreciated the small touches like every dish and cooking utensil you could think of even basic cooking or baking supplies, extra blankets, bathroom supplies, a pullout bed, tv's with wife, the theatre plus a nitendo switch! A washer & dryer and soap! Super fun super convenient. I love the fenced in yard and pets allowed. If need be, id stay again. Im sure I didnt cover everything but you get the point. My family & I easily felt at home.

Great accommodations
In Utica for youth hockey tonight tournament. The host Ariel is awesome! House was perfect, super clean with everything you need. Sure beats staying in a hotel. We’ll be again for the next tournament.

50th bday Spooktacular
Another amazing stay at Ariel’s rental. My son’s college is 2 miles away so we’ve rented this home a few times when we visit him. Immaculately clean every time! Beds are heavenly. Movie theatre room down stairs is phenomenal for gathering with friends. The backyard is so peaceful. Being able to bring our furry family along is just another reason why this rental is perfect!

Excellent Stay!
Looks exactly as pictured. So cute, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Great grocery store a very short drive from the house. House was stocked with everything you would need. Washer and dryer was super handy too. Relaxing and comfortable. We had an excellent stay! Would definitely return.

Stair Climb Benefit
As a member of 1 Soldier 1 Dog 1 Team, our group travels to various states to raise money for our cause. Most of us are working people who can't really afford or want to stay in hotels. This house allowed us time to spend together while not working our charity. We had the opportunity to play games, watch tv or the wonderful movie room. Was sorry I didn't bring my dog. Everything was perfect

Absolutely perfect
This place had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room. Very kid and pet friendly. My husband would have lived in the theater if I let him!!! Comfortable beds, big, thick towels, coffee and creamer provided. Could not have asked for anything else. Literally only $15 more per night for an entire house than a hotel in the area. 15/10 highly recommend

Love from Minnesota
This home suited our needs just fine. We stayed in Utica but commuted easily to Cooperstown for the HOF Induction. The home was well stocked, clean, in a quiet neighborhood and comfortable. The host went out of her way to provide us with bag chairs to take to the ceremony. Be satisfied with the one small bathroom; was not a problem for us.

Great house! Great vacation!
I’ll always be checking the availability of this property before checking any others for my Utica stays. This house was phenomenal. Super clean, accommodating and very cozy. The movie theatre was a big hit with my son and his college dorm mates. The beds were Out Of This World comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. Having our pets with us made this a top 3 vacation, for sure!

Relaxing and fun
This was a terrific place to stay during our visit to Utica, and it would have been terrific for our dogs had they come along with us on this trip. The communication from our host was excellent and always immediate, and the accommodations were exactly as described and very comfortable. We especially liked the movie theater room and the popcorn machine. This is a great VRBO and I highly recommend it.

Our autumn oasis
We booked this house specifically for the large fenced in yard and fire pit but the "movie theater" was an extra bonus. We spent most of the time in the backyard throwing sticks and balls for our dog where he enjoyed running full speed off leash/harness. The fire pit was our highlight, and loved "igniting our inner pyro" as a family. The waffle bar was decent, nothing I'd rave about, but loved the large grill. The house is well stocked with creamers, condiments, eggs, seasonings, popcorn kernels, and bathing necessities. Being in an area/neighborhood where lots of Italian restaurants were located, was also a life saver, and treat. We had two negatives. The bed was a LOT harder than we prefer. It's memory foam so it forms to your body but not a fan. Also, the popcorn maker was disappointing. It's cheap quality, had no scoop and needed canola oil, not vegetable oil. Despite that, we'd stay again.

Wonderful!

It was a great place, weather didn’t cooperate but the games/movie room made it very pleasant. Family with adult children, plenty of places to sleep, very comfortable!

UU graduation ‘23
I booked this house to celebrate our daughters Utica univ graduation with our family. The listing accurately described the property. We had a great time and I am again assured of how much better it is to stay in a home vs a hotel, esp for larger groups. We stay in hotels quite a bit but this property served our needs very well for this instance . Our host Ariel was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
