Un accueil impeccable
Grand appartement très bien équipé avec tous les produits de base requis. Un très accueil et une disponibilité exemplaire. L’appartement est toutefois un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville. Un grand merci au proprio.

Very clean accommodation, family friendly, excellent host!
The accommodation is located in a well-connected, authentic part of town. It is bright, very clean, and quite quiet even at night. There are lots of toys in the accommodation, which is great for the children! It is important to the host that you feel comfortable as a guest, and you can feel that from the first to the last minute of your vacation. He is really attentive, communicative, and very personable. We had a lovely stay, thank you very much!!

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Gastgeber - mit Potential
Die Wohnung ist groß und gut eingerichtet. Sie liegt im 5. Stock, Richtung Norden, so dass sie sich im Sommer wahrscheinlich nicht so aufheizt. Wir waren im Februar dort. Da die Fenster, typisch für Spanien, nicht dicht schließen, war es sehr kühl in der Wohnung. Bei Anwesenheit musste die Klimaanlage laufen, um es warm zu haben. Das hat gut funktioniert. Juan ist super nett und liefert einen sehr guten Service. Sonntags Abend ging das warme Wasser nicht mehr. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten hatte er es repariert. Die Wohnung liegt prinzipiell sehr ruhig, allerdings kommt jeden Morgen vor 7 Uhr die erste Müllabfuhr, die man sehr gut hören kann. Es ist nicht weit zur U-Bahn, Bus und zu Supermärkten. Zum Park Túria ist es ca. 800m. Parkplätze findet man unter der Woche zwischen 9:00 und 16:00 problemlos - sonst ist es relativ voll.

Schönes Appartement, super Lage, sehr netter Vermieter und leckere Überraschungen in der Küche
Wir haben 5 Nächte im Appartement von Juan gewohnt. Helle Wohnung, Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, alles sauber und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. In 5 min um die Ecke fahren Metro-Linien, außerdem Busse in alle Richtungen. Im Haus war es leise und die Straße ist ziemlich ruhig. Supermarkt, Cafés, Kneipen um die Ecke. Fazit; sehr empfehlenswert, würde ich wieder buchen

We spent 3 weeks in this comfortable apartment. Juan and janvier were very solicitous looking after our every need. Great for buses. Metro etc etc. Lovely stay.

Exceptional!
My husband and I spent a absolutely wonderful month in Valencia at Juan's apartment. The property was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and I mean everything). All the attention to detail blew me away. It is close to the market and the metro, so we found no need for a car, but there is parking available if you have a car. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Juan and Javier are the best hosts ever. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after midnight. They greeted us outside the apt., helped us get our luggage to the apt. and answered any questions we had. They were always available throughout our stay and went above and beyond helping us. I highly recommend this apartment if you're staying in Valencia. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Ideal apartment just outside the city with a wonderful host!
Has absolutely everything you need and Juan stayed in contact with us for the whole month we were there. Nothing was too much trouble for him. When we arrived, there was a huge fruit bowl, plus, lots of breakfast essentials, there was even a very nice bottle of Cava in the fridge! Juan met us and helped us with our luggage when we arrived and showed us everything in the apartment. All in all, you couldn't wish for a nicer host!

Excellent place!
Juan and his brother Javier gave us - family of 3 - a warm welcome. Juan is a great host and explained us everything (apartment, location, attractions, restaurants etc.). The apartment is spotlessly clean (well organized according to Covid-19), the beds are very comfortable, TV in each room... We really hit the jackpot with this place! Not to forget is the fantastic and huge fruitbowl left for us with toast, coffee, milk and wine! Thank you!

Juans apartment was very clean and the beds very comfortable.
Juan had a very large bowl of fruit in the apartment for us. Juans apartment was exceptionally clean and well organised. We plan to return to Valencia and stay in Juans apartment again.

Wonderful family 4 night stay
We got such a warm welcome. We were met off the Metro and provided with great information and a well equiped appartment complete with 3 bottles of wine, beer and a full fruit bowl! I recommend this place to anyone looking from a great appartment to see a great city.

Convenient and comfortable apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Juan's apartment, its very well situated being a 5 minute walk to the Metro and 10 minutes to an excellent supermarket. The apartment is lovingly furnished, and is equipped with every kitchen appliance you would ever need. Juan provide a large range of breakfast goods and the biggest fruit bowl we've ever seen and yes we had freshly squeezed orange juice using the juicer and oranges provided! In addition to a charming host Juan's knowledge of Valencia's restaurants was spot on. We would love to return!

Geweldig goed verzorgd appartement
Bij aankomst in Valencia werden bij het metro-station al opgewacht door onze gastheer Yuan. Het appartement dat op de 5e verdieping van een flat ligt, is zeer volledig ingericht en rustig gelegen. Op slechts 5 minuten lopen tref je het metro-station aan dat je in ongeveer een kwartier naar het prachtige oude centrum van Valencia brengt. De gastheer Yuan Reverte is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en doet zijn uiterste best om de gasten het naar de zin te maken. In het appartement treft u drankjes aan, brood en koeken. Daarnaast een rijk gevulde fruitschaal, allemaal super geregeld! We hebben al veel gereisd en in verschilende huisjes en appartementen verbleven, ik kan u zeggen dit is een aanrader! Yuan, nogmaals hartelijk bedankt voor jou gastvrijheid en goede zorgen!

Juans Apartment in Valencia.
Juans apartment was very clean and well organised and very comfortable.The apartment was very quiet even though it was in the middle of Valencia. Four Irish guys shared the apartment as we were at a tile fair. We plan to be in Valencia again and if Juan allows us we plan to book his apartment again. Beautiful Apartment!
Beautiful Apartment in a great location!!! Juan and Javier were amazing!! They were the best hosts and helped us with anything we needed. The apartment was really spacious and clean. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and close to a metro station that easily allowed us to explore Valencia. We fell in love with Valencia and we will definitely return! Thank you Juan and Javier!

Faultless!
Juan is an amazing host, and was so helpful to us all explaining the location, attractions, good places to go, restaurants etc. The apartment is in a great location to reach the city centre and the airport. We walked a lot and also used the metro. There are a couple of supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk. We were totally blown away with the fantastic and huge fruitbowl left for us, along with other basic essentials and wine! The bed were comfortable and the apartment was well furnished, clean, and with the added bonus of great air conditioning. If we're in Valencia again we will for sure stay at Juan's again. Muchas Gracias from us all!

Nous avons apprécié tant l'accueil de nos hôtes que la qualité de la prestation. L'appartement était conforme au descriptif de l'annonce et a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes. L'accueil de nos hôtes a été très amical et ils ont eu le souci de nous mettre dans d'excellentes conditions pour notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié leurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de cette belle ville de Valence. Leurs petites attentions matérielles mises à disposition pour notre séjour ont été très agréables également. Enfin l'emplacement géographique de l'appartement est très pratique pour se déplacer dans tout Valence que ce soit en métro ou en bus. Enfin le quartier est calme et sécurisé et dispose de tous les commerces utiles à un court séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Sehr nette Vermieter und super saubere Wohnung
Wir waren zwei Wochen in Valencia und wurden sehr nett empfangen. Eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung habe ich selten erlebt. Ein riesen Obstkorb, Milch, Wein und Frühstück stand bereit. Uns wurde von Juan und Javier mind eine Stunde genaustens erklärt wo wir was finden und sie sprachen uns Empfehlungen zu Restaurants und Ausflugmöglichkeiten aus. Die Wohnung liegt mit der Metro ca 30-45 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. In die Innenstadt ca 10 min mit der Metro oder 25 min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr gerne wieder Vielen Dank an Juan und Javier

Super séjour et super Hôte ....
Nous avons été incroyablement gentiment accueillis par des hôtes parfaits ... Plein de renseignements donnés pour visiter les lieux intéressants de la ville , les bons restos, une corbeille de fruits magnifique.... des biscuits et des madeleines dans les placards pour le petit-déjeuner .... Le quartier est un quartier populaire mais sympathique et là aussi nous avons été accueillis par le parfum des arbres en fleur (printemps).... un régal ... Nous avons pu faire un tour du grand Marché qui a lieu le Mercredi matin dans les rues du quartier, il ne manque rien dans l'appartement au niveau de l'équipement et c'est assez facile de se garer ...même les voisins sont sympas ..... Je recommande !! Encore Merci Juan

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires de l'appartement qui est très agréable, très bien aménagé et très fonctionnel. Il se situe dans un quartier calme à proximité de la station de métro et à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville historique. Nous sommes très satisfaits. Un plus : la présence d'un ordinateur et d'une imprimante qui nous a permis d'imprimer nos billets d'avion du retour. Merci encore. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cet endroit. Amitiés."

Gorgeous apartment near metro in Valencia
We stayed at this property for four days in January and February and could not be more pleased. This was by far the best VRBO experience so far in Europe. The apartment was perfectly clean, very well furnished and the host, Juan, could not have been more helpful. Juan and his friend Javier, met us at the metro stop, helped us with our bags and spent some time with us going over sights and recommended restaurants in Valencia. There was a welcome basket of fruit and wine, as well as some basic breakfast items in the kitchen. The furnishings were beautiful and the rooms were nice and bright from the large windows. The kitchen was very well equipped and included two refrigerators, a full stove with oven and every kitchen appliance you could think of. Wifi was excellent as well the television. We cannot wait to return....Gracias, Juan!!
