"Easy check in and check out. Great location next to the river. The cabin decor was out dated and a little run down. There’s no dishwasher and you’re required to do the dishes and take out the trash or you get charged cleaning fee. Other than that we loved our stay and would go back again."

"It was a lovely cabin maybe a bit small but most are. Its proximity to the main road was a bit challenging. Also we weren’t informed notice of the location up the hill until a few days before our trip date and by then it was too late to cancel. Furthermore if you choose this property be prepared for a winding road up the hill. Overall a pleasant experience at the property itself with spectacular views."

"We just finished a really peaceful, relaxing week at Sequoia National Park. The house was a good base located just inside the park. The weather being unseasonably hot made the house a little warm in the afternoon thanks to the huge windows, but it was much more comfortable after the sun went down. It’s not a luxury property, but if you want a convenient location with lots of character, this is a great place."

"This was a very cute house. The manager, Kori, is very attentive. Keep in mind that although this location is 15 min from the main gate of Sequoia, it takes 1hour 20 min to get to The Giant Tree Museum and General Sherman. Things that could be improved: 1) This place needs a dishwasher. I wish I paid attention to the description. I would have booked another location if I noticed that there's no dishwasher. "We really enjoyed staying at Ash Mountain for many reasons. To begin with, the setting is superb: a quiet mountain overlooking a river. The constant sound was super peaceful. Communication with Lori, the owner, was great and she helped us to ensure a pleasant stay. "Our family really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It’s located on top of a tiny hill with great views all around. Everyone was comfortable whether on the couch or the bedrooms.
