"We really enjoyed our stay. Watching the sunset from the pool was a highlight. The views are great and we saw lots of wild life, including a family of otters. I had good luck fishing behind the property. There was ample space for our family to spread out. The inside is larger than we expected. The property is located close to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and not too far from the beaches. The host is very attentive and the communication was prompt. We will stay here again in the future."

"When you enter the home you will step into a lovely vacation rental. Beds and other furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. "Very nice property with a beautiful back yard. Mom and young adult son stayed and had plenty of space. Wonderful to have kayaks and access to Sarasota bay right in the neighborhood. The owner is very responsive. Would definitely book this property again. Thank you!!"

"Our stay was most disappointing. This is an old house that has been neglected. The back-yard is unsightly. What was once a lawn is now a dirt bowl. Flowerpots are empty and the fence is in an uneven state of repair/disrepair. But the worst part is what did not work: • Both toilets backed up and continued to back up after a plumber came.
