"Property location is excellent! The down side is there are 28 steps to access the cabin. We had a couple of young children that made the steps a little challenging and worrisome.for safety issues. There was no propane but we bought some in order to grill. Grill works but is hard to control heat settings. Other than that, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay. Beautiful property with a beautiful view! Would stay there again."

"We have stayed many places in Van Buren and this one tops them all. Beautiful views of the ozark mountains from the hilltop view of this houses location. Close to town with the convenience of multiple restaurants and grocery stores. The house was extremely clean and well prepped with all of the necessities. We will definitely be booking this again in the summer whenever we can. I recommend checking out HJ Redbeards for lunch or dinner, great food including some awesome seafood options. Thanks...

"Fantastic property and the gravel bar was amazing to relax on. Interior was nice and perfect size for a family with up to 4 kids, the bunk beds are easily full size mattresses! Amenities were nice and sheets and towels definitely clean. The back deck is amazing for morning coffee or peaceful evening and having the smart TVs made for great evening activities since we brought our switch. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was clean, cozy, stocked very well of all items including kitchen items, & host provided so many extra items that helped make our stay wonderful. Was so thankful that the host & the house was pet friendly. Great inside & outside area for all family members including pet family. Host was quick to respond & provided detailed information. "The place was cozy. Everything worked. The amenities were plenty. We decided to take a day trip, never been to the area and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay, especially during the busy months you get to avoid the more touristy spots and stay in a very comfortable secluded space."

"Overall great stay. Great communication. There was alot of ladybugs but, it is the season they find a warm spot. I know majority of time spent in the area people are outside amd enjoying nature. Hiwever, out stau was in January after a snow stor.. there was no internet (which was noted) no cable or satellite. We could uave used a hotspot if the tv had been a smart tv. There were a few older movies and dvd player. "

"The lack of variety of pots and pans were a bummer. Plus, the ones that were there were dirty. Consequently, we had to change our plans about cooking in the room, except in the microwave. Only 4 place settings of flatware, even though the cabin has sleeping for 8. However, watching the eclipse from the parking lot was spectacular! Didn’t have to drive anywhere to see it so we didn’t have to fight any traffic. That, in itself, made up for any inconveniences in the room itself. The area is...

"Our family has been staying in these cabins for 5 years and they are always clean and comfortable. The kitchen has the right utensils for us to be able to cook and grill. The checkin in process is super easy and straightforward. "
