I was looking forward to this stay. But, when we arrived and found the air conditioner doesn’t even hook up and when we messaged we got no reply. The bathroom walls were filthy and along the baseboard was black goo almost looked like mold. There are towels to use but no dishcloths. The bed was comfortable so that was nice but only a duvet no top sheet. There wasn’t a plug in the tub so having a bath is out of the question.

Overall good!
A decent little 1bdrm apartment in a good area to stay. Coffee shops right across the street and a short walk to almost everything else. Broken chairs right when you walked in, and anything else broken is held together with tape. Ideal as a place to sleep, but not if you were here to use to work. Other reviews are fairly accurate. We had no issue checking in, and communication was good.

Great downtown location and comfortable apartment
Overall this is a great option for a couple plus maybe one more. Bed was comfortable, wifi works well, kitchen facilities are good. Laundry down the hall is great. Aircon unable to be vented out so blows hot air inside. Pedestal fan would be good.

Modern 1 bedroom
The apartment was as advertised and the space was clean. The space was especially well located for our concert at Rogers Arena as well as our walk to English Bay and our excursion to Granville Island. The one disappointment was that parking was unavailable. Finding suitable parking in downtown Vancouver is challenging at best. To avoid disappointment for guests, it would be nice to include this in the advertisement and not just omit this information from the amenities list. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this listing!

While property was in convenient location and had some amenities we were disappointed in a number of things - very poor communication; host did not respond to email inquiries nor did we receive the access code as we had been advised would come by email 24 hours prior to check in - no glassware in kitchen and kettle was broken (in pieces in a drawer) - when you plugged in the hair dryer in the bedroom it would cause the fuse for tv and air conditioner to blow - 2 broken chairs just inside main door; looking back at previous reviews I see they’ve been there since early July - unit description showed washer/ dryer in unit however they were actually located down the hall which was not convenient or what we expected (listing should be amended) - temperature was quite hot and bedding was heavy flannel meant for much colder temperatures

We found out A/C is not working. Contacted property manager either by text or via Vpro, the average response time in Vpro is at least 6 hours. We stayed three nights without A/C. Not a good experience.

Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln
Die Lage war super, man ist schnell zu Fuß an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dennoch war es nachts (vor allem am Wochenende) sehr laut. Uns hat es gestört, vor allem beim Einschlafen. Der Check-In war okay. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung ein modernes Design, jedoch sind deutliche (!) Gebrauchsspuren erkennbar. Auch das, was in den vorherigen Rezensionen geschrieben wurde: Kaputte Stühle standen im Flur / einer der beiden Stühle am Tisch war auch schon sehr wackelig / die Handtuchhalterung im Bad fiel bei unserem Aufenthalt ab / der Fön, die Balkontür als auch die Klimaanlage wurden alle mit Klebeband geklebt. Zudem gibt es im Schlafzimmer keine Deckenlampe. Die Küche hatte eine hochwertige Ausstattung, jedoch fehlten wichtige Dinge wie Gläser oder Trockentücher. Ich hatte die Besitzer deswegen angeschrieben, aber habe keine Antwort auf meine Anfrage erhalten. Das finde ich sehr schade, sich einfach gar nicht zu melden. In der Nähe vom Gebäude werden auch gerne mal Drogen konsumiert, aber der Wohnkomplex an sich ist super sicher, da man sowohl für die Haustür als auch für den Aufzug den Schlüssel benötigt.

Great location
Great location. No drinking glasses. Lack of kitchen amenities. Broken furniture, ( 2 chairs ). Really sucked to use hidabed and table for chair when no one answered request for new chairs. Bed comfy. Hidabed decent. Loud outside but worth it for the location. Would stay again if they had more chairs.

No extra blankets and cover for the sofa bed. Only the main bed has covers. There was broken taped up chair in the corner. Old air conditioner was placed right in front of the door, when turned on, the fan part was cold but the long chute had hot air so it made the room warm. Ended up not using the air conditioner. However, the area was convenient for downtown exploration and nearby transportation access. No issue with communications with the host.

Cozy and Convenient
Great stay at this location. We felt safe coming and going. Easy to get to other parts of downtown - close to several bus stops and train with direct routes to popular destinations. Pull out bed was great for travelling with children. We slept with a window open for fresh air and some nights were louder than others outside , but we came with ear plugs anticipating street noise. Checkin and checkout was very easy. The space was small, but it was sufficient for a home base and had all the kitchen essentials. We would stay here again.

Not all the lights worked,no drinking glasses, one set of cutlery, taped up chair legs, unsafe shower facility in that there was no anti slip mat and the bath was very slippery and subsequently presented a risk. No tea towels provided. The bed was very comfortable

Easily found and accessed
The apartment was in a great location for downtown. Right across the street is an excellent Tepanyaki restaurant. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom tub needs to be re-caulked as there is a lot of mold on it but other than that the apartment was very clean. It is noisy as you are downtown and a lot of sirens but it did not disturb my sleep or my enjoyment of the VRBO, just be aware if you don't like noise. I would recommend this apartment as a place to stay. It is also in secured building which is nice. It is centrally located so we could Uber easily and cheaply anywhere we wanted to go or even walk.

The apartment is welcoming and cozy, it’s accessible for shopping and other parts of the City. For sure we will rebook these place again. I highly recommend it.

Great Clean Vancouver Condo!
Great Stay in Vancouver! Excellent very clean condo close to all amenities. Had no complaints and we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this Host. Superlative! P.S. a few things to consider for your guests are: scissors frying pans baking sheets dish towels bottle opener wine opener oven mitts. Thank you

We had to contact the host via Expedia a day before check in as we had not received any information on how to enter the property. Expedia sent an internal email and provided us some phone numbers for the host if there were any issues. The host responded stating they had sent the information to my phone number the day before, however I never received it. The person was helpful and sent the information via Whatsapp. The bathroom has mould around the bathtub which is not pleasant to look at. The location is handy to most things but can be very noisy at times.

Location was good but…
The check in process was awful. The key box is stored at a filthy convenience store located close by. It states open 24 hours, but it was closed when we arrived. The worker stated that he was working in the back so we stood outside waiting in the rain and were approached by many homeless people, which were everywhere. The apartment was average and by no means luxury. You couldn’t even open the balcony (had no chairs to sit on anyway) because of the extremely strong marijuana smell. Overall, it served its purpose for us as it was convenient to most places. The main rule was not to upset the neighbors but the girls in the apartment next to us were up partying until 3:00 am both nights. Our bedroom wall is shared, so we got little sleep. There was a bulky window air conditioner sitting in the corner of the tv room. I would have expected more for the price and will not stay again. I am not usually this negative but this was very disappointing.
