"We were travelling for a double family funeral and required an extended stay. This place was very reasonably priced and was everything we required for an infant and the week that we needed it for. The add did state you got an entire home but was a 2 bedroom basement suite. The free street parking at times meant you were not even on the street and parked around a corner. Do highly recommend for a small family and we would stay again as well."

"I’m absolutely satisfied with my stay at this property. However, it was little bit chilly in the basement in a daytime but warm and comfortable at night. "Travelled from Winnipeg with my wife, three kids, and in-laws, brother-in-law and his wife (9 guests in all) for a wedding. Easy check in and communication with host was excellent and seamless. One matter arose and host resolved it so well, that I was even more Impressed than had the issue not arose. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us. Kitchen was well stocked even with things that are above and beyond - spices coffee etc. wifi was good. What a bonus to have three bathrooms with 9...

"Pros: Tidy and all the amenities we needed. Lots of clean bedding provided. Easy check in and host was helpful and responsive. Comfortable bed. We liked the location, central & quick to get to College Drive. Cons: Not as clean as a hotel would be. A little grime on handles, window sills and blinds. No dish cloth or towels provided. Just a used sponge. Heavy on the air freshener in bedroom. Dining chairs are bar-height so too tall to use at the table."

"Second time we have stayed in this complex with the same owner. The apartment/condo is located in SE Saskatoon in the newer neighborhood of Rosewood. Close to a Tim Hortons, a pub/restaurant. and supermarket. Walking trail in open space nearby. Unit is well appointed and clean. May be a bit short of utensils if one plans on cooking meals. The chairs and couch in the living area are not comfortable and difficult to use if one has mobility issues. Temperature in the master shower (steam shower)...

"Two friends and I were visiting Saskatoon and vicinity to see the whooping crane and sandhill crane migration. This area is a great migration path so birding is great. This condo is central and easy to get in and out of town in all directions. It was a clean and relaxing condo and close to restaurants."
