Upon arriving I was told that my reservation was not there as the hotel had not confirmed my booking with Hotels.com. The room was booked to another guest. I emailed hitels.com and waited. "El personal del hotel vive pendiente de suplir cualquier necesidad, siempre con una muy buena actitud, muy atentos, la habitación esta limpia, espaciosa, la cama muy comida, agua caliente, el Hotel esta situado al lado del río Ganges, el restaurante del hotel es vegetariano, la comida adecuada. Los alrrededores del hotel no son los mejores, una noche vimos ratas al lado del hotel. No se puede llegar ni salir del hotel en auto, te dejan en la calle y te toca caminar por calles empedradas...
