Lage super, Haus ungenügend
"Interessante Architekten-Villa, leider in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Sensationelle Lage unmittelbar am Strand. Die Waschmaschine unbrauchbar, da völlig verschimmelt. Der Geschirrspüler im Kleinformat, ebenfalls unbrauchbar. Die Toilette immer noch ohne Deckel und die Pflanzen im Wintergarten ..."

Totaal niet wat je op de foto’s ziet
"Een basic huisje is geen probleem. Maar dit was gewoon niet hygienisch. Er hing een volle vuilniszak in de keuken, poepsresten op de wc bril, eetkamerstoelen hadden vlekken die minsten een paar jaar erin zaten. Half uur na aankomst kwam de schoonmaakploeg en gaven aan dat ze te laat gebeld waren ..."
