"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

"El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla. La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna. Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso."

"Property location is very close to gondola, a five minute slow walk. Communication and responsiveness of property manager was excellent and extremely accommodating regarding early check in and late check out. Good WiFi. Sauna and pool were a great addition to our stay. Kitchen could do with more tea mugs & glasses and some better lighting. We cooked in the apartment quite a bit and found some of the pots were in need of a deeper clean but nothing major. Overall great stay and would recommend!...

"Wir waren im Sommer hier und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt; die Sonnenaufgänge sind wirklich grandios, dafür kann man schon mal früh aufstehen. Das Haus liegt (noch) schön allein, es ist für bulgarische Verhältnisse top. Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wäre wünschenswert. Leider kann man im See nicht baden, aber die Umgebung ist sehr sehens- und erlebenswert, vor allem natürlich die Rhodopenbahn und die kleinen Gemüsestände an den Straßen. "Leider gibt es noch teppichboden in den Zimmern der nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung ist ansonsten sind die Zimmer fantastisch riesengroß auch die Balkone schön geräumig. Das Mineralwasser Becken war leider umringt und stark benutzt von vielen Kindern schade dass dieses eine Becken nicht kinderfrei gehalten wird zum Gesundheit regenerieren und auch vielleicht die Raucher dort eine extra Zone hätten denn es gibt ja noch viele andere Pools wo für alle alles offen sein kann"

Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything"
