Staff were incredibly helpful and polite - including providing travel information about safest roads during unexpected snowfall. "It was an easy 5-7min walk to the Poma Lift at Nives from which you could access the entire mountain and <5 to the nearest grocery store. We took advantage of ski and ski locker rental at Ski Walter which made the logistics easy. The kitchen is well outfitted with pots/panels, dish-ware, utensils, but beware that there are no kitchen basics --- salt & pepper, oil, paper towels, etc -- or puzzels, games, so bring your own."
