This is a quiet place to stay if you're looking to visit Eugene but not stay in the city. We had a few minor issues in the house, which we assume were isolated incidences, and the host was very responsive to our communications and intent on making things right. We appreciated the kid's books, bunk beds, and a few games, all of which made it very family friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and the check in/out procedures were simple and easy to follow.
There are apples trees outside and llamas in the neighboring property, so a great taste of the country! The neighborhood isn't especially walkable if that's important to you.
Overall, this house met our needs for a weekend away! We were impressed with the host's communication and desire to make it a positive experience.
