Great location
We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived at the apartment, however they were quickly addressed. Great location with some excellent eateries away from the tourist traps. A locals area which I found gave a better feel for Venice life. The apartment was well equipped and relatively easy to find with Google maps. You do have to navigate a few bridges to get to the accomodation, but that is the same with most of Venice. The owners provide plenty of information to make your trip to Venice as easy as possible.

Great location! You feel like a local. Only random thing is there was construction and a print fell off the wall and almost hit my sister. Also there was not enough pillows for everyone.

Nice and quiet apartment in Venice
A 5 minute walk to the Vaparetto, and from there just 5 more minutes to St Marcus square! Very quiet and safe university neighborhood. We had a bit of trouble the first night with the heat, and used all the blankets to compensate. Communicated with the host, and it was taken care of early the next day. They allowed us to drop off the luggage early, which was very helpful. WiFi was great. Good, inexpensive market, pastry shops and pizza places with 2 minute walk. I think that you have to navigate some stairs and bridges to get to the apartment. But their is a small waterway right next to the apartment, and perhaps a water taxi could take you there (avoiding walking over any bridge or stairs).

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, clean and safe area outside the hectic touristy areas. Several great eating options and close to grocery stores. It is a 10 minute walk to the tourist areas. Took us about 15 minutes to walk with luggage from the train station. Several bridges along the way so make sure you can lift your bags. Unit was well stocked. Bed was comfy. Check in was easy. Host was very responsive. We had problems with AC but was quickly corrected by the host. There are screens on the windows so you can keep them open at night if you don’t like AC. Was great experience for our stay in Venice.

Great little place in an amazing location!
Seriously loved staying here, and may do so again! Really well equipped, and there are stores nearby as well as restaurants and drinks. In a quiet area too, so the people traffic is manageable even when it’s bustling with day tourists.

Confusing entrance with phone and the shower needed to be cleaned more better at the bottom. Otherwise served out needs and we really liked the neighborhood. It was very quiet.

Isolated location and quite tricky to find and off the beaten path. Would not recommend this location. The air conditioner was broken and it was terribly hot and uncomfortable and host took long time to respond and there was no fans. We LEFT to stay at amazing hotel which was a great decision. Host did refund us our money

Schöner Urlaub in Venedigs Lagune
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Venedig. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt und sehr ruhig gelegen und wir haben viele Ausflüge in die Stadt und die Umgebung unternommen. In der näheren Umgebung sind einige Bars und Restaurants vorhanden. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit kleineren Abstrichen. Es gibt keine kleinen Töpfe und keine Schüsseln, z.B. zum Salat zubereiten. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass alle Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet sind, die gute Internetanbindung und den Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche. Bei Problemen war der Vermieter immer erreichbar, vielen Dank dafür. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Venedig
Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in Venedig sehr genossen und viel unternommen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war für uns perfekt und alles ist schnell zu Fuss oder mit dem Vaporetto zu erreichen. Auch mit unserer Hündin hat alles gut geklappt und eine kleine Grünanlage befand sich in der Nähe. Jede Nachfrage wurde von den Vermietern sofort beantwortet und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

We had a great time in Venice. It was crowded and rained. The apartment was very spacious and quiet. We appreciated being able take in the sights and beauty of Venice without the crowds most of the time. I would recommend this apartment to those looking to avoid the masses. Perfekt. Jederzeit wieder.
Wir haben eine Unterkunft außerhalb des Touristen Stroms gesucht und sind mit dieser sehr zufrieden gewesen. Für uns ist die Lage perfekt. Es ist sehr ruhig und dennoch geht man nur eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum. 2 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es mehrere großartige Restaurants und eine schöne Bar. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Sie hatten jede Menge Tipps. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Klimaanlage läuft, die Betten sind hervorragend und es gab sogar Wasser im Kühlschrank und snacks auf den Tisch. ich empfehle diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Vacation in Venice
The apartment was roomy and comfortable. There is a pretty cute courtyard right outside the kitchen windows that was nice to look at. The kitchen was well stocked and the master bed was comfortable. There were two additional bunk lofts available that we didn't need. Those seemed steep and difficult to access and needed some attention and better mattresses.
