Not like in the photos
The best about the apartment was the fantastic location and the neighbourhood. The kitchen was very well equipped.It is also very conveninet to have one bathroom and one toilet.These are the good aspects. As regards the negative points photos are deceitful because it is darker and a bit chaotic as regards furniture and owners' personal objects. They had to come to free some space for us. The bed sofa is probably the worst matress we have slept on and they should change it. Maybe it was clean but the remaiing sahampoo and other guests toiletries ,however sustainable it may be and the fact we found some previous people underwear ( man's pants in the bathroom window and some gilr 's black panties in the bedside table drawer don't give a tidy and clean impression at all. I am sorry but the word" elegant " is not accurate at all . They should improve some things as regards walls painting,old cluttered furniture and matresses and may be the floor.

Apartamento cómodo con excelente relación calidad precio.
El apartamento es exactamente lo que se describe en el anuncio. Dispone de 2 habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con un sofá cama, un baño y un aseo. Está a 5 minutos de una de las paradas del vaporeto. Es una zona tranquila y agradable donde descansar del ajetreo de las calles comerciales cercanas. El trato de Tania fue estupendo.

Quiet, Quaint Location
The apartment is in a very quiet, quaint part of Venice. The owner communicated with us quite well leading up to our arrival. There were four of us in our group, with two sleeping on the pull-out sofa in the living room, and two in the bedroom. The space is small, but offered everything we needed. We could watch gondolas going by out the windows, and we felt as if we were a part of the community.

Great location and lovely apartment
This was perfect for our family of 4. Located in quiet, calm neighbourhood. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants but quiet at night once in bed. Short walk to all the sights. Easy to get to from the airport, and from the train station. Great communication from property manager and easy cheb in.

The neighborhood and the flat were what made the sure our time in Venice worked! You’ll be glad to have this to repair to after being in the crowds around St. Marks or other areas. Lots of good restaurants and interesting shops and places to explore, close by.

Comfy and efficient
Check in was made easy with accurate directions and Mrs. Tania met us in the courtyard to direct us the last few steps. Communication was great. The location was amazing within easy walking distance to most famous sites such as San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Even close to a gondola launch! The little neighborhood was quaint and picturesque! We had a wonderful time!

Literally right next to the canal!
We had a wonderful time staying at the apartment. It was very quiet and peaceful, and the canal is literally just outside the windows! Checkin was very easy and we had everything we needed. Be advised, it is a bit of a walk to St Mark’s Basilica, but that also adds to the privacy!

Perfect Location to Relax and Unwind in Venice
Love the Cannaregio neighborhood for an off-the-beaten path experience of Venice. The apartment was clean, comfortable and perfect for two. It’s in a quiet street with canal on two sides. Very close to grocery store, good restaurants, and easily walkable to all the sites and water bus. The kitchen is well equipped and the local Teatro Market is the best grocery in Venice and just a few mi it’s walk from the apartment. We were met at the Vaparetto upon arrival at nearly midnight and it was a quick and easy check in process. So preferred this option to the touristy hotels, and crowded neighborhoods that have become typical of Venice.

Very okay.
If you're looking for a spot with AC and a washing machine this is great. Location is solid in a quiet part of town. The aparment itself was very dirty and moldy to the point that we had to contact the host, (they were quick to send someone to clean it but they did miss some spots and it was disappointing that it needed to be mentioned in the first place. Especially at the price this location is asking for). The location was semi close to the pictures but I couldn't say the same about the listing which didn't show all of the chipped walls, ceilings, and chipped paint, the second bathroom/storage/washer rooms poor condition and stains. Everything was still usable but it wasn't in the condition we had hoped. Although we never met the host they were quick to reply and address things as we brought them up but it reached a point where we stopped. I truly believe that addressing a number of small little things, this property could be a 5/5. Super small things during check in, like that a trash collector will knock on your door in the morning, to slightly larger things like cleaning up the property before guests arrive, ensuring there is no mold, the walls are clean, patching up holes, and repainting. I realize a lot of these things are small and a tad petty but the amount spent and expectations the listing set left us disappointed. By no means is this a bad stay, depending on the type of experience you're after it's perfect, it just didn't quite fit us, thus very okay.

Glad to have booked it
It was in a great location, not in the busy areas but not far either. It was comfortable enough for a family of 5. Double bed for us parents in one room (with a/c), couch that becomes double bed in another room (with fan) and a single camp-bed that had to be placed in the kitchen (with a/c). The camp-bed was a bit cramped in the kitchen but for a couple of nights that we stayed it was just fine.

Eine wundervolle Zeit
Das Appartement liegt großartig etwas außerhalb der Touristenströme, aber so zentral, dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. 3 Vaporetto Stationen in der Nähe, sodass man auch so prima zum Bahnhof, zum Markusplatz und auf die Inseln kommt. Es liegt an einem ruhigen Seitenkanal, trotzdem Fußgängerzone mit Läden, Bäckern, Coop und Restaurants gleich nebenan. Wirklich perfekt! Das Appartement selbst ist recht klein (für 5 Personen) und dunkel. Aber vollkommen ausreichend für ein paar Tage und gut klimatisiert. Nicht super sauber, aber in Ordnung. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen!

Cozy Venice Retreat
The cozy apartment was perfect for our family. It was about a 20-minute walk from the train station, but it's a beautiful walk. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the canal views from every window. Our girls were comfortable sharing the pull-out sofa bed and we appreciated having a private bedroom. It was the perffect place to retreat to after long days of walking through the city.

This property was in a fantastic location. Walkable to all Venice "must sees", yet set in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Seeing the canal outside the windows was charming. The apartment was nice and served our needs. Both the pull out bed and cot were comfortable (which was a pleasant surprise as we have slept on some very uncomfortable pull outs!). The bathroom and shower could use some updating (shower was a bit run down), and had a slightly musty smell. All in all we were very happy with this apartment, and loved our stay in Venice!
