Fun place
The property is in a nice location near Manasota Key and Caspersen beaches. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but other than that, there wasn't much to complain about. We had a lot of fun and would stay here again.

Perfect home for family, including our dog!
This location is so beautiful and peaceful! The house is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. It has everything needed, from cooking supplies, pool toys, beach necessities and is pet friendly! The pool and lanai were a Fav, and we enjoyed trying our hand at fishing off of the dock. No luck catching any, but we were able to say Hi to a huge turtle! Had one hiccup with electricity outside, but we were too busy enjoying ourselves, so we made the best of it and it worked out just fine. We contacted the Evolve team and they had someone there immediately. We Loved the Yummies donut shop down the road! Even when it rained, as it definitely does often in FL, sitting outside in lanai playing games and watching movies while enjoying the storm was wonderful! The Brohard dog beach was just 15 minutes away and we loved it!!! We watched fireworks from there on the 4th! I’d definitely recommend this home for adults, kids of all ages and your pups!

Fun stay
The pool/jacuzzi screened in patio was a lot of fun, as well as the outdoor firepit area. It's very private and secluded. We did have some cleanliness issues and there was not a lot of essentials in the kitchen. We had to buy dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies etc. No extra blankets, pillows, or bath towels. The host and owner were very helpful and accomodating and addressed a couple of electrical issues immediately. Overall, a good time despite the minor set backs.

Mother’s Day weekend
Nice house. The hot tub could have been cleaner. We ended up having to go by a gas tank for the grill. The pots,pans and dishes are in need of an upgrade. It’s probably caused by the water but all cookware and glasses have white film on them. We thought it was soap residue from the dishwasher but soon learned we couldn’t scrub it off. There was only three coffee cups in the house. No chaise loungers by the pool.

Beautiful property! Just as pictured.
The property is beautiful and as pictured. It is spacious and comfortable. We ran into issues with the keyless entry but evolve came out quickly to resolve. The pool was a bit cloudy because the water level was too low to filter but that is an easy fix and it was not warm enough outside to swim anyway. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home
This was a beautiful home with everything we needed! We barely left the house. The house was big enough to for 2 families to live comfortably. The master closet is big enough to fit a pack n play. The kids really enjoyed the pool and there was a creek in the backyard to enjoy some fishing! However, I did not enjoy booking through Evolve through VRBO. My listing never came up on the Evolve website and it was hard to navigate adding on the pool heating fee. Once I figured out who to contact, Amanda, from Team Ocean Breeze, was extremely responsive and made everything go smoothly. I would definitely book this house again now that I know the process!

Property was clean and well managed. Cool smart house with lotsa TVs. Pool was comfortable but lanai area is a little dirty (dated). Needs a power wash. Otherwise this was a great host.

Hometown visit
My childhood home was blocks away, so this visit was very nostalgic. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is beautiful and spacious. Our boys loved the saltwater pool and hot tub! We managed to get to Nokomis beach a couple times, but enjoyed the peacefulness of the pool. And having Alexa inside the house was pretty neat! Would stay again 💯!

Comfortable, nice amenities responsive host
This is a nice house just minutes from downtown Venice and the beach, it was renovated not long ago so nicely appointed with comfortable bedrooms. The pool and hottub are nice, there’s a great patio, grill, lots of TVs and an outdoor fire pit area. Very relaxing, and the host was super responsive – brought new glasses immediately when I pointed out they were lacking. Only minus is that the kitchen is missing a lot of core supplies. Would recommend.

Perfect Getaway
We chose this property to visit some family in the nearby area.The home was spotless and very well equipped.Jason, the owner, was easily accessible and answered the few questions we had very quickly. The backyard is perfect for evenings around the fire with privacy.I highly recommend.

Wonderful stay
My family of 7 had a wonderful time!! The house was clean and well stocked!! They thought of everything!! The beach supplies were a very nice bonus, especially the shark tooth scooper. The pool was fabulous. The fire pit area was so pretty, we had a lot of fun using that!! The guys liked fishing off the dock by the creek. This was a super cute house, close to everything!! We really enjoyed ourselves!! I highly recommend this house!!

Great place for a family vacation!
We had a wonderful time. The house was stocked with all the essentials such as towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The heated pool was fabulous as was the hot tub. The backyard area was beautiful. Overall a great stay, no complaints.

Great location, customer service, and dog friendly!
Jason reached out and sent a link to a booklet all about the property - inside and out! He answered our questions really fast and was so welcoming. The house is conveniently located to downtown and the dog beach. Our pups had a blast and we had a great vacation.

Nice but needs better equipped kitchen
The house overall was cute & comfortable. That being said it was only me & my husband. We stayed at a VRBO in February & it’s kitchen was beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need from nice pots & pans to coffee, filters, oils & spices. So, this kitchen was a bit of a disappointment. The pots & pans really need to be updated. The dishes, silverwear & glasses were nice. The master bedroom is roomy & the bed was decent. The other 2 bedrooms are quite small, but do each have a tv. The out door space with TV was really great! We enjoyed the pool & the backyard was very private & good for corn hole. The hot tub was a little green & slimy. I don’t know if the pool service takes care of that or not. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Host
After being scammed by a different VRBO host and had no place to stay.I found this property last minute and booked it. The host, Jason, was absolutely wonderful and I cannot be more great full for him saving our long weekend! The house is beautiful! Extremely clean! We really loved everything about it! Nice overall, but had unexpected problems.
The property was nice. Enjoyed the Lanai and backyard the most. The Owner needs to have Manuals for TV, appliances, etc. Had electrical problems and Which put a damper on our visit. We spent the first 3 days getting everything to work correctly. The owner lives in DC, but was easy to get ahold of. Paid a lot to rent for a week and all should have been perfect. I notified the owner of of problems and I think he will take care of it.
