"Property located adjacent to very old olive tree orchard. Scenic mountain back drop with ocean view. Spacious upstairs flat with full amenities. Beautiful pool and garden in the yard. Private driveway. Only 2 cons, must have rental car because located in a hard to access part of Trabia, roads are difficult to navigate. And property owners speak very little English, so just plan to use google translate. Highly recommend if you are looking for the real Sicilian experience!"

"Fabulous 3 villas set in gorgeous gardens. Ideal for large family group of 15. Lovely owner who popped in every morning, but never intrusive. Treated us to pizza on first day and delicious croissants during the week. He didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian, but we managed with languages app and sign language! "We were an adult family group of n Sicily for the first time and Villa Consiglio was the perfect place to explore from. The Villa, pool and its many terraces enjoy views towards Palermo and Cefalu which could be easily reached by car or train. The villa was quiet and away from the centre but just a few minutes to the town by car. The owners went to great lengths to welcome us and Carlo was always available to deal with any questions, to guide us to the villa and run us to the train station....
