"What a great place to spend a week in Stowe! Great location (5-10 minutes from the resort, 5-10 minutes from town). The property was super clean and inviting. The library / sitting room area is a great place to spend time with family and friends. We could not get over how warm the house was, despite the freezing temperatures. "Stayed here to go to Killington. K1 base lodge is just 20 minutes away but SkyShip lodge is just 10 and has easy parking if you get there before 10. House is located directly on a major through-road, but noise machines are provided in every room and they work pretty well. Kitchen and living space is large, house is well maintained, updated and charming. Long Trail brewpub being 3 minutes away was also very nice. Bring lots of groceries with you though, the big grocers are pretty far. That said,...

"What an inviting home. Our children and their cousins loved the place and enjoyed our in-laws having dinner (quality kitchenware) with us, enough room for 9 people. We enjoyed Billings Farm, Ben & Jerry’s, teaching our children to ski at Okema, and remembering my husband’s childhood in Woodstock. "
