We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood near a cul de sac. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the backyard, as well as our dog! The house is very convenient to both the beach and restaurants/shopping.

Wow! Absolutely wonderful hosts and a great stay. Home is well kept, nicely decorated, and on a quiet dead-end street close to everything. We were so impressed with the hosts; there was a small issue with the furnace and the hosts immediately took action and resolved the issue. They were so kind to allow us the option to heat the pool and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying it. All the essentials were provided, plus some extra treats :) The pool is gorgeous and the backyard is fully fenced and secure. Our dogs loved running around the yard and being able to freely go in & out the house. We ended up spending most of our visit relaxing, so happy we chose this rental!

The home is in a great, central location. The backyard is large and wonderful for kids and dog to play in.We had some concerns with air conditioning, specifically one of the bathrooms and “bedrooms” being very warm. The living room window ac unit had the “change filter” light on when we arrived. We were told someone would contact us to set up a time to change filters, but that did not occur.We had an issue with “sugar ants” in the bathrooms (sinks/tub).The pool was not clean upon arrival (large black area on pool wall), however this was very quickly taken care of when we reported it.Although it is considered a 3 bedroom, one bedroom was not suited for our family (has a back door, a bifold door that wasn’t secure leading to the rest of the home, much warmer than the other areas of the home etc…)We were able to make this a home for our time there, and the backyard is very much enjoyable. There are simply some maintenance issues and upkeep that need to be attended to.

House Hunting

This property was perfect in every way. Enough space for my family as well as the perfect size pool for my kids(2 & 9) to hang out and swim all day with GG while dad & I house hunted. Also quick drive to a beautiful beach you will not regret staying here!

Great Home Away from Home

The description of the home and photos were exactly what we expected. The owner checked in with us. My kids loved the pool and the lizards. The home was very clean, stocked with towels and even floaters for the pool. The beach and local grocery stores were within a good proximity. Quiet neighborhood in the evening. Thank you Mike and Linda for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Place in Vero!

Mike and Linda's house was the perfect place for me to spend a couple weeks. The location was excellent as it was close to grocery stores, downtown, and South Beach. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything you might need from a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and pool floats. I work remotely and there was plenty of space to spread out and had fast WiFi. The pool was beautiful, and I enjoyed doing laps and relaxing outside when the weather was nice. The fenced in backyard added privacy and was great for the dog to run around. The house is located on a quiet side street, which I enjoyed taking the dog for walks, and exploring the neighborhood across the street for my morning runs. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Winter getaway

Home was in a quiet neighborhood. We spent all of our 2 weeks either in the back yard or at the beach. You are close to everything you need. The property was as advertised and the host responded quickly. Would definitely choose this home again!

Very nice home,great location being close to grocery store cvs and less than a mile to south beach. South beach was never crowded and many times we were almost by ourselves,easy walking on the beach with plenty of showers and feet cleaners and restrooms
