"We book this each year on our way back from Acadia. It’s the perfect location in a quiet safe area. Down the road is an amazing gas station and our favorite family owned Italian Restaurant. Our host provides a very relaxing place to stay. It’s so clean and well thought out. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Great instructions on WiFi and a full kitchen if you decide to make your own food. Filtered water in the refrigerator and ice cubes in tray in freezer.. off street parking is...

"We loved our stay, it's so beautiful and cozy. The perfect getaway from the city, the waterfall right outside was just the best thing ever. We only had concern about 2 things: the deck, it's very old and not maintained it didn't feel completely safe. The shower head is very low pressure, it's basically a mist and made it difficult to shower. The host is very responsive we had an issue that they resolved as soon as possible. "

"Property was immaculately kept. It was bright, airy and conducive to both relaxing and working, which i had to do some of while i was there. The property manager was communicative and helpful, leaving great printed instructions and responding immediately when i had questions. The sofa directly in front of the TV in the living room is the most comfortable couch in the history of the world. The only thing better than this property was its location, right near Lake Oneida. Overall great experience!"

" Didn't get the code to get in till Saturday night. Which wouldn't help me because we got there Thursday. place was not clean best from the past 2 tenants. At least In laws their weekend Be fou So it could have been the past 2 to 3 people stayed there. I definitely want my money back for my cleaning Fay."

"Rented for a short getaway with my Grandson and great nephew. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Coffee bar was a nice surprise. Host couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. Short walk or drive to Sylvan Beach and restaurants. Walk to The Farmhouse for a delicious breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend this house for your stay!"

"Weather stunk, so having this lovely cottage to hide out in was really nice. The open front room made for a great hanging out spot with the views and warmth to boot. When we had those few hours of sun, so having the dock right there for our boats, plus the room to park the trailers!! Wicked nice! Well worth staying. "

"For a house being on a 2 lane road, it was surprisingly quiet!! The house was clean and lovely. The beds very comfortable and also clean!! I loved having my morning coffee on the back porch and watching the rabbits and woodchuck. The host was great and easy to get in touch with. I would definitely stay here again"

"Everything from check in to check out was great! Place was clean! Not a thousand rules about dishes and bedding. We took care of it like it was our own space. Lots of little extras from some cold bottled water to mints. Will definitely book again! "

"We had 9 people for a family weekend. What a nice place, with plenty of room inside and out. We really enjoyed the yard, walking on the trail behind the property, and the view from the sunroom. Swimming and boating worked fine, though it isn't very deep off of the dock. We visited Sylvan Beach, a few restaurants, the winery, and enjoyed everything. The house was well kept, with plenty of amenities. Thank you Claudia!"
