"We have enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located wonderful in the mountains above Spotorno and Finale Ligure. The villa is well equipped, but everything is there for (just) 10 persons once. A small draw back is that you do not have good protection against moscitos at the windows, that’s why you need to keep the windows closed in the late afternoon and evening, making some of the bedrooms quite warm/ hot. Two rooms ( master bedroom and a children’s room with two separate beds)."

Ich denke "gemütlich" wäre das ganze für 4 Personen.. die angegebenen 2 Schlafräume entpuppten sich als 1 Schlafzimmer und einer offenen Fläche beim Treppenaufgang mit dem Weg zum Bad/WC.. nicht so wie gedacht. Aber alles in allem eine saubere Anlage mit einer tollen Aussicht."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Francesco ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich mitten im trubeligen Zentrum von Alassio. Alles ist bequem fussläufig erreichbar. Auch der Stadtstrand befindet sich nur gerade 50m entfernt. Einzig das Bad sollte mal erneuert werden."

"Stedet er hyggeligt og ligger dejligt højt i forhold til byen, så man er lidt tilbagetrukket og oplever mere ro. Byen er dog blot en 15-20 minutters gåtur fra stedet. Der er en varm og personlig kontakt på stedet og en god service. Wifi’en var god. Værelserne fungerede fint og var meget renlige. "Wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Haus genossen. Das Haus hat in jedem Raum Air Condition, die Zimmer sind gross. Auch die Küche ist so gross, dass eine 5 köpfige Familie bequem essen kann. Die nahe Autobahnbrücke hat nicht gestört. Der tägliche Fussweg zum Strand von 10 Minuten ist absolut OK. wir haben es sehr genossen und Andrea hat regelmässig nachgefrag, ob alles gut ist. "We had a very pleasant stay in Giovanni's house. Giovanni is a super nice host who gave us a warm welcome and made our time to a great pleasure. We enjoyed the winter sun in the morning for breakfast. The only reason for not giving a perfect score is that the old house from 1500 is difficult to heat up when is getting cold outside.
