"Leider gab es anfangs Probleme mit den gebuchten Zimmern (2 Zimmer gebucht aber nur eins im System). Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Im Endeffekt hat dann alles wunderbar geklappt und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr zuvorkommend ..."

"チェックインのメールが２４時間前に来るはずが、来なかったので、メールを出したが、返事が来なかった。電話になかなかつながらず、ホテルのチェックイン手続きに不満がある。ホテルの設備には問題がなく、快適に過ごせたが、４泊の滞在で、一度も清掃サービスやタオルなどの交換がなかった。あらかじめどのようなサービスがあって、ないのか、事前に情報提供が欲しかった。初めての滞在者にはもう少し手厚い情報提供があった方が、安心だ。"
