"Did not get information about check in. Waited so long in lobby and no one show up. Was given false contact number therefore unable to call. Cannot reach them at all. Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. Ended up staying at another hotel."

"This property was excellent. Clean, lift, balkony, walking distance to restaurants and pub/party street. In a quiet alley. Alley gate closes at midnight, so max security. No reception, but communication through watts app was perfect. Would highly recommend this place. City busstation across the road, so easy to go anywhere by bus."

"Terrible smell in the room. There’s no lights in hallways at night time. Completely dark. I have to use my phone light to get to the elevator. Inside elevator, lights also very very low. I feel like I’m in a haunted house. I would NOT recommend this place."
