Beautiful, well kept place with wonderful hospitality
My husband and I loved the Coco Beach Villa. Our host Tracy was very friendly and welcoming. We loved all the fresh produce on the property. We also really loved the surrounding neighborhood. We definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment - great views - comfortable stay
A really lovely apartment with great views. The owner was most welcoming and helped make it a very pleasant stay. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice shared pool. Would recommend.

Pictures don't do it justice
Don't miss out on seeing the South and all the amazing things it has to offer. We asked for Diane to feed us for a few meals. She fed us so well with fresh produce and local foods. Don't consider staying anywhere but Coco View! It was magical, like a treehouse. We were on the top floor which had the best views of our whole trip. Ken and Diane make this place what it is. They have built the most amazing home and have the most beautiful grounds and garden. They helped us put together fun itineraries to see the whole island...and went above and beyond to make this the trip of a lifetime. If you are looking at staying here....don't think twice! Just so it!

Coco View villa - amazing view and amazing people
We stayed at the villa for 12 days and enjoyed our stay very much. Our host Ken was outstanding with all that he did. We have traveled a lot but never experienced such hospitality. Ken was not only helpful, caring and responding to our needs/requests, but he become our friend and we felt as a part of the family there. The view from the villa is outstanding - you can see ocean and enjoy beautiful sunrise. The description of the villa match what is indicated on the vrbo website. There is a lot to see and enjoy in St. Lucia, but for us the most outstanding was close community ties in Pierrot (location of the villa) and the fact that they embrace you as their own. Thank you Ken and Diane

Beautiful Sunrise
This is a great place and a beautiful home. The host Ken was awesome and showed us around the community where we enjoyed the local people and food. The sunrises at this home are spectacular and it was nice and clean with a great kitchen to cook in. Ken and Diane have the best dogs and they were very friendly and well behaved. Word of warning tho, the whole neighborhood has dogs and a few of the neighbors dogs bark all night. If this is not something you are used to it could make for a sleepless night unless you have earplugs.

Highly Recommended
A beautiful place. The house would be exceptional anywhere but happens to be situated on a lush mountainside very near incredible beaches. Ken is the kind of person who truly enjoys and excels at being a host and will make you feel at home. Could not imagine a better spot for a trip to St. Lucia for those with a bit of adventurous spirit.

The view! Your host!!!!
What a wonderful experience! Ken checked in to make sure everything was okay. As I was traveling alone this connection made me feel very safe. And if anything was needed, food, water, travel tips, good company Ken was there!!! The property is lovely and the to die for. I certainly recommend making this home base to visit St. Lucia!!!!

This was a wonderful and unique place to stay. Like a tree house in the forest on the side of a mountain over looking the ocean. Amazing. Ken and Diane were beautiful hosts.

Superb hosts
The property is located away from the main tourist areas of the north and is set on a hillside amongst tropical surroundings. The terrace had stunning views of the Atlantic and the local people were lovely. The owners Diane and Ken were superb hosts, providing a lovely welcoming rum punch on arrival. Their gardens produced a bountiful supply of fruits which we could help ourselves to. They have a wonderful knowledge of the island and are happy to help with ideas and directions to get the most from your stay. They are currently working on landscaping the gardens which will provide easy access to enjoy the gardens and pool. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and very comfortable with everything you need for a home from home experience. A thank you also to Karen and Ish who manage the property when Ken and Diane are away, it was also a pleasure to meet you both and thank you for arranging a special viewing of Mamiku Gardens. We will definitely return to our new friends sometime soon hopefully.

Amazing hospitality and views
We stayed here for a couple of nights, but we would have stayed longer if we know how great it was before making our travel plans. The villa is very close to the airport, with spectacular views of the ocean and with a lush garden where you can find any tropical fruit you can think of. Diane, the owner was great communicating with and making the arrangements. Karen and Ish were amazing hosts that turned into great friends. Aside from the delicious meals they cooked, they let our kids hang out where they were staying and also their nephews were visiting so our kids had a blast with their nephews. Also we appreciated the "local" advice towards sight seeing and dining. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great views--driving somewhat difficult getting to villa-could use better signage-having to drive to get drinkable water was somewhat inconvenient and not much in way of fresh fruit on property to eat during our stay. Diane and Ken were very friendly

A tranquil and lovely setting for a perfect St. Lucia vacation
The view from the balcony was simply stunning! The first word that came out of my mouth upon arrival was "WOW"! The villa has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We stayed at the lower level Palm Suite, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. I made breakfast everyday and barbecued one night. The owner Diane and Ken are sweet fellow Canadians. Diane was always responsive to emails and we communicated numerous times before our departure. She also checked in with us many times during our stay. The property manager Kimberly is equally friendly and helpful. They were all very accommodating and tried their very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were here to celebrate a birthday and I asked Diane to help with ordering a cake - ended up with Kimberly's personal baking! They are just super nice people. They have maintained a very nice garden with fruits and vegetables that guests are welcomed to enjoy. Diane made sure we had fresh coconut water so she had their gardener made us a huge jug. They were delicious with the fresh lime from the garden. We were eyeing the pineapples but too bad they weren't quite ripen yet. I did manage to use the spinach for our breakfast omelettes. The villa is about 15 minutes from Vieux Fort, 20 minutes from Laborie and 50 minutes from Soufriere. We have rented an small SUV. There are a few nice restaurants in the areas; not fancy "5-stars" eating places but they have the local vibes and the food were delicious. Definitely enjoyed going to "Mamma Tilly" - she cooked from her heart! Those breadfruit balls were so tasty! A "must-go" if you are staying here. We went there twice! There is a Massy Store (grocery) in Vieux Fort and it's adequately stocked. Ken and Diane are avid "sailors" and we went on their boat for a private sailing day-tour. Despite being sea-sick it was an awesome trip. They were so attentive to our needs. We were taken to this private beach and had a picnic lunch there. Diane prepared snacks and a delicious lunch including rice, vegetables, pasta salad and fish. We enjoyed this experience very much. They have all the snorkeling gears for us to use. This is not your "typical" vacation rental. It is more like a home away from home and it's run by people who truly care. It's tranquil and it offered us a haven to catch some much-needed rest. It's more than what we've hoped for and thank you!

Gorgeous view in a unique location
We stayed at the villa for 4 nights in early February 2018. Communication was easy and quick from our initial contact onward. It was an amazing experience and we'd highly recommend it! We were super comfortable--everything was clean, kitchen was well-appointed, and upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and offered beautiful fresh fruit and coconut water from the gardens on the property. What really made our stay exceptional--aside from the stunning view and the pleasant space--was how at home we felt. Kim, who's helping manage the property this year, was absolutely lovely, incredibly helpful with directions and tips for local attractions, restaurants, and more. She helped make our visit a truly exceptional one, and we're so glad to have had her there, she's a great asset! Villa is an easy drive from the airport, Vieux Fort, and the beach, and about an hour + to Castries and the north. We found plenty to do in the area but did make a day trip to Rodney Bay--worth doing, but it made us appreciate the peaceful setting of the villa and the less touristy Atlantic side of the island a whole lot more! If you're going to St. Lucia, this place is definitely worth visiting--real hospitality in a stunning location!

Very nice view!
Very nice home, very nice view, very quiet. You just want to rest on the terrace and look at the sea! We were very well welcomed.
