"Good property for 5 ppl with a decent sized kitchen. Location was walking distance to center of Porto Cesareo but you do need a car to get to the nicer Lidos. Owner was very hospitable and available to answer questions. Overall a good experience but I do feel that the apartment needs a little refreshing."

"La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. La villa si trova in una posizione ottima per poter raggiungere i mari più belli del Salento. La nostra bambina si é divertita un sacco a correre e giocare nel meraviglioso giardino. "This is a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment located very close to one of the gates into the Old Town of Lecce. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. There is also a Conrad supermarket less than a kilometre from the apartment. The only minor irritant is the presence across the road from the apartment of a mobile fast food van which can be quite noisy in the late evening and early evening. "The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. "Habitaciones estándar muy antiguas y decoración pasada de moda. Las habitaciones superiores son, por el contrarío, fabulosas. Las zonas comunes están igualmente sin actualizar y merecen una reforma. La piscina está fuera de servicio, aunque era la foto principal de la portada de la página de reservas de Hoteles.com y una de las razones para efectuar mi reserva. El wifi no llega adecuadamente a la habitación y se corta constantemente. Funciona en PC y en el iPhone, pero no en Android."
