Place was beautiful but staff very disappointing
"The hotel is fabulous, beautifully set and the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were quite comfortable. However, the place is very big and the staff was not helpful in explaining the premises."

"We got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind. Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. ..."
