"Enroute to the motel, I took a look at some prior reviews and got real nervous. Luckily, I found them to be very misleading (false even.) Cons - Entering the room (#1) it smelled like cigarettes. The southwest corner of the ceiling looked like it could fall in. The shower is very small. The commode space is even smaller. There was no soap provided. "The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay."

"We had a great stay in Oneida Castle for Colgate’s parent weekend. Roughly 25-30 min drive from campus through beautiful countryside and fall leaves. Place is really nice inside, comfy bed, nice living room, and kitchen. Street is under construction, but wasn’t a problem at all. We had a great dinner at Creekside Inn with our student."

"This is one of those reviews I struggle with. It was so perfect that I dont want everyone else to know so that I can reserve it again! Perfect location, wonderful set up and a gracious host. "My friends (all from out of state) and I stayed here for their first experience for NY fall. It was a fantastic stay and my friends and I had a great time. Plenty of space, amazing views and the house is located within driving distance of many places within the Adirondacks. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for those interested in a calm and peaceful NY getaway. "

"Another amazing stay at Ariel’s rental. My son’s college is 2 miles away so we’ve rented this home a few times when we visit him. Immaculately clean every time! Beds are heavenly. Movie theatre room down stairs is phenomenal for gathering with friends. The backyard is so peaceful. Being able to bring our furry family along is just another reason why this rental is perfect! "

"This home was perfect size for 2 families with young children. Spacious bedrooms to fit porta crib and all the extras. Enjoyed the private and quiet space. Clean and host was very accommodating.
