We had a lovely 10 day stay at the villa. It’s modern and is very peaceful. We spent a few days exploring beaches of Saint Antioch which is about 30-40 mins. We visited Terrureda Beach which is stunning but we had to reserve the day before. Sadly Delfina no longer runs her restaurant just down the road so we had to drive to eat out but found places about 10-15 min drive. The host was super prompt on any question that I had. Provided is beach towels, sun parasol and 2 chairs. In August we would have appreciated air conditioning to make going to sleep easier. Take insect repellant too. We had to buy in stuff like soap, detergent, bin bags but Provided was oil, sauces and some coffee pods. We would highly recommend if you are happy to drive around and want to explore this corner of Sardinia.

Geweldige vakantie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantieweek gehad. Een prachtig huis op een hele mooie plek voorzien van alle gemakken met een heel mooi zwembad. Hele goeie bedden! We komen hier zeker terug.

Traumhaftes Haus mit Pool

Wir waren insgesamt 2 Wochen in der Villa Pinna und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß, schön eingerichtet, es ist toll ausgestattet und das absolute Highlight war der Pool.Die Kommunikation hier und auch Vorort waren super und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Sejour dans la villa pinna

Nous avons passé 15 jours a 4 adultes et un bébé de 18 mois maison au top de l'espace a l'intérieur et tout les équipements nécessaires, un exterieur magnifique avec une superbe piscine et tous les soir un très beau couché de soleil sur la montagne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les températures étais tres élevés une climatisation dans les chambres aurais été un plus, mise a part ça rien a dire je recommande. Merci à Delfina pour son gâteau.

Unglaublich schöne Traumvilla!

Es war eine so tolle Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Die Küche! Ein Traum! Der Pool! Ein Traum! Sogar kühlboxen für den Strand und Beach Ball ist vorhanden! Jede Menge Spiele… ich könnte hier unendlich viele schöne Dinge weiter aufzählen…Täglich haben wir Arschbomben Wettbewerbe gemacht. Die Lage fanden wir für uns auch perfekt. Da ist nichts. Totale Ruhe :-) von dem Örtchen kann man auch jede Menge schöne Strände erreichen. Ein Traumurlaub!!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Mit holprigen Seasonstart und schneller Fehlerbehebung durch die super sympathische Nachbarin Delfina haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa hat eine ruhige Lage und ist richtig gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann erahnen, dass der Garten mit seinen tollen Pflanzen in absehbarer Zukunft wunderschön aussehen wird. Um der Villa herum gibt es Restaurants und einen Supermarkt, auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Umkreis sind viele Ausflugsziele, die wir auch gut mit unserem Elektroauto erreichen konnten. Auch bei den Ladesäulen gab es keine Probleme.

Erholsamer Oktober-Aufenthalt in toller Pool-Villa

Bei bestem Spätsommerwetter (27-30°C) in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen konnten wir alle (3 Familiengenerationen) in dieser sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienvilla entspannen und den Urlaub voll und ganz genießen. Mit Fahrtzeiten von 30-90 Minuten gibt es etliche lohnenswerte Strände und Ausflugsziele (historische Stätten, Höhlen, Wandertouren, Städtebesuche) in der näheren Umgebung). Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt! - Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wonderful vacation, also for wheelchair users / Traumurlaub, auch für Rollstuhlfahrer

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Pinna with a large pool and two very relaxing weeks where we swam a lot every day. The villa is fantastically located, between vines with a great outdoor area and a very spacious and modern interior, so you can even manage well with a wheelchair. The terrace door unfortunately has two large steps, but the entrance door has only a small threshold (about 8 cm). Otherwise, everything is at ground level. Delphina and her family welcomed us warmly, asked every day if everything was okay and took care of us with every request. It is rare to experience something like that. Also the people in the village, were all very friendly and helpful to us. We felt very welcome and have already planned a second vacation in Villaperuccio. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Pinna mit großem Pool und zwei sehr erholsame Wochen, in denen wir täglich viel geschwommen sind. Die Villa ist traumhaft gelegen, zwischen Weinreben mit einem tollen Außenbereich und einem sehr geräumigen und modernen Innenbereich, so dass man sogar mit Rollstuhl gut klarkommt. Die Terassentür hat leider zwei große Stufen, aber die Eingangstür hat nur eine kleine Schwelle (ca. 8 cm). Ansonsten ist alles ebenerdig. Delphina und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich empfangen, jeden Tag gefragt, ob alles okay ist und sich bei jedem Anliegen um uns gekümmert. So etwas erlebt man selten. Auch die Leute im Ort, waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu uns.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben alle den tollen Pool ausgiebig genossen. Darüberhinaus wurden wir liebevoll von Delfina und ihrem Mann betreut, die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Pinna und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ruhe, Strand, Erholung pur

Wir haben uns so sehr auf diesen Sardinien Urlaub und das schöne Ferienhaus „Villa Pinna“ gefreut. Und unsere Vorfreude wurde mit einer sehr großen Zufriedenheit bestätigt. Wir haben das Haus mit der tollen Einrichtung (es fehlte wirklich nichts!) und den großen erfrischenden Pool jeden Tag genossen. Die Gegend um Villaperuccio erkundeten wir gerne mit dem Fahrrad und fanden es herrlich, dass es hier nicht so touristisch überlaufen ist. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit und wir haben an vielen verschiedenen schönen Stränden gebadet. Unsere Highlights waren die Küstentour mit dem Fahrrad von Port Teulada nach Chia und zurück durch die Berge und der Ausflug zur Isola San Pietro mit dem schönen Ort Carloforte. Ganz besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Delfina. Sie hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und dank Übersetzungs-App konnten wir uns auch gut verständigen. Ihr Restaurant „Da Delfina“ ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben dort mehrfach sehr gut gegessen. ( auch Dank an Delfinas Ehemann Guido) Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder

Wiederholungstäter :)

Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal zu Gast in der Villa Pinna und es wird auch nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Leider war das Wetter bei uns in diesem Jahr nicht ganz so toll. Vielleicht gut so, da es anfangs ein paar Probleme mit dem Pool gab, welches aber durch Delfina und unser Dazutun nach einer Woche gelöst werden konnte, rechtzeitig zu den Sonnentagen. Die Villa ist superschön, modern, sauber und es gibt alles, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich von Minute 1 an wohl und wie zuhause. Für alles andere ist Delfina, die gute Fee, immer parat und verwöhnt uns mit selbstgemachten Mitbringseln aus ihrer Küche und ihrem ristorante - tante grazie a te!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Villa mit Pool - Sardiniens Süden in und mit Ruhe geniessen

Von Anbeginn an war Delfinas freundliche Zuwendung - "man versteht sich halt auch, wenn man keine gemeinsame Sprache spricht.." das "Herz" der Villa. Keine Frage blieb unbeantwortet/ungelöst und immer mit Freude "bei den Gästen". Das Haus macht es einfach, schnell zu sich zu finden und unbeschwert wieder zurückzukommen. Alles auf neuem technischen Niveau ( nur einen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher o.ä. haben wir vermisst), die Küche: perfekt, alle Räume funktionell eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und auch die Gebirgsregionen im Südwesten sind von hier aus unproblematisch zu errechen.

We came here as we have some family a few km away. The house is great, very modern and comfortable. We had a great time in the house, eventhough in November it was too late to use the swimming pool. You need a car and you will be able to drive to the nicest beaches of South Sardinia. What we did, although in November!

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem schönen Haus in Villaperuccio verbracht. Es war rundum perfekt. Tolle, hochwertige und moderne Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, gute Raumaufteilung und ausreichend Platz. Küche mit Kochinsel und allem an Ausstattung was benötigt wird, moderne Bäder. Die komplette Anlage ist bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt. Der Salzwasserpool ist gigantisch und die Krönung des Anwesens und wird stets gereinigt. Bedenkenlos zu empfehlen, ich würde das Obekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

A great rural house with fab pool

A very nicely furnished, rural house with a fabulous pool. Walking distance to a great pizzeria (closed Tuesday) and a chemist, butcher and bread shop. A bigger supermarket is Eurospin 7 mins away in the car. The pool is heated (I think!) and is brilliantly and frequently maintained by Delfina. Everything you could possibly need for a trip to the coast is provided for. Umbrellas, cool boxes etc etc. Whilst the house doesn’t have air con, it remains pretty cool. There aren’t fans in the kitchen/ sitting room which we found to be very hot. Delfina & her husband who manage the property are kind and generous hosts. If you need anything you can message her on her mobile (number in the info book in the house). Beaches are driving distance (obviously!) and there are many beautiful small beaches and coves to explore. Some of the larger are extremely busy. Access to the generous utility room was great as we always pack little and wash whilst away. A family of kittens live under the tarpaulin on the drive. Although very scared, they really appreciated cat food and water whilst we visited as it was unseasonably hot. A great, peaceful place to stay. Views from the terrace to the vineyard and olive groves behind, are unforgettable. Worth noting there isn’t a hairdryer at the property. If you need one, take one

Beautiful villa

Villa Pinna is a beautiful place to stay and has been finished to a really high standard. The setting is very peaceful but within a short drive of beautiful beaches where we enjoyed snorkelling. The pool is larger than other villas we have stayed at. Overall, we were really impressed! Mariella was fantastic at communicating throughout the booking process and during our stay. Delphina, who looks after the property was lovely. We just wished we’d been able to speak Italian so that we could chat more freely with her. However, we were still able understand each other well enough with the help of Google translate. We can certainly recommend Delphina’s pizzeria which is less that 100m walk from the villa. Thank you Mariella and Delphina for a fantastic stay!
