"We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were lovely. We enjoyed the ocean view, ocean smells and walks on our little beach. The house had everything we needed including very comfortable beds. "For a small cottage it was spacious, had modern amenities. The listing says harbor view but you have to look thru power lines, power poles and a lobster processing plant. The side stone steps are overgrown with vegetation making it hard to maneuver. All in all a good experience."

"The cabin and property were exactly what we were looking for! It was private, quiet, and had plenty of room to walk our dogs. There is even a nature preserve with a trail next door. "We enjoyed a long weekend at this cute little house on the water. The view did not disappoint and yes it's located on a road with traffic. Even still it was a nice stay; the kayaks were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable and most things were provided to make it an easy and welcoming stay. The quaint little town of Stonington is definitely worth a visit."

"The apartment was beautiful; well equipped, bright, looking into the trees, and modern design. No little folksy bric brac often seen in Maine cabins. Modern kitchen with all that is needed. Comfortable bed. An easy and enjoyable stay. And when a mishap occurred Abby addressed it directly. I recommend the Perch fully. A fine stay in a beautiful area."
