"We had 13 people ages 4-83 stay for a week. The pools (one indoor and one outdoor) were wonderful and the views from the outdoor pool and terrace above spectacular. The house is looking its age in some ways, but is very comfortable, functional and spacious. The kitchen and outdoor grill worked great for cooking large meals. "A great sized property with all the facilities that you need. Massive landscape gardens with a good sized pool and vegetable plot. The views were amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms which was a great asset. The host, Gian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. "we all loved the property. It was just what we wanted an authentic Italian farmhouse to relax and refresh in. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. We had everything we needed and would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a slice of real Italy away from crowds and the usual Tourist spots.Fantastic views and a stunning location."

"Sandra, the host who manages the property is so friendly and welcoming. There are groups of apartments around a courtyard each with a kitchen. Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! "Beautiful room in a very lovely location. We were very happy to be "on the hill" as it added to our Assisi experience. The check in process was flawless. The host was very gracious and quick to help resolve any problem or concern. There is a small fridge in the room, which was adequate for our short stay, but no kitchen facilitiy.A peaceful place to rest and some respite from the heat and crowds during our time in Assisi."
