"Good nice cabin. Loved the view of the water but deck area and boat house is in need of major repair. Had a flood earlier this year (7 months ago) and stairs leading to boat dock fell down or collapsed while trying to go up them. Couldn’t use boat dock after 1st day there. No other way to get to boathouse so I had to launch boat daily. Cabin needs leveled badly but the cabin is very nice! Thanks"

"This house was perfect for our stay. We even had an extra bedroom that was not used. It had a great location, the hosts were great, communicated a lot with us prior and during our stay, gave pointers on where to eat and shop in the area. They went above and beyond when they replaced the rotted out firepit overnight with a new one so we could use it during our stay and even gave us pointers on a local eagle that had roosted nearby that we were able to snag a picture of. "Nice property. The check in process was good but there was nothing included about how to work the A/C. After searching for a thermostat for several minutes, I realized that it's controlled by a Remote Control and it was in Celsius temps so it was confusing. I finally found a video online how to change it to Fahrenheit. The actual property was good and comfortable. No complaints. Easy to get to from Caddo State Park and Backwater Jacks. "

"My wife and I have been renting VRBO house’s for over 20 years and we were so impressed with our stay. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need and there was instructions on how to use everything. Our host was the sweetest person, anything we asked she got back to us almost instantly. We rate this a 10 out of 5, we think it was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had and highly recommend staying here. Thanks for everything, we will be back. "

"The stay was what I was all I was hoping for. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful and the lake only added to the experience. My overall experience with management was great. She kept lines of communication open. At one point we had an issue with a cabinet door hinge but maintenance was nearby and came right away to remedy the problem. I would definitely stay there again"

"We enjoyed our stay in the Bordeaux room in the main house. It was easy to find, clean, and equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. We walked to the town square and explored various shops. Since Caddo Lake was our prime reason for coming, we drove about 30 min to be on a lake tour."
