"We really loved the chalet during our stay. It was spacious and well equipped. We also had a great view of the town and surrounding area from our balcony. Although it did appear not all properties on the resort had the same great view. The staff at reception spoke excellent English and were always friendly & helpful. "there is no person at checkin you need to give a call to a cellphone, and they come 10 min later we asked for a baby bed, and they never supply, so the baby had to sleep in the floor with our pillows as her bed. there is not curtain, so you wake up with sunrise the bed/mattress where quite hard the tv may have 15-20 years old and 1 single channel in English bathroom are oldstyle apartment charges you 50 euros to clean, but it was actually not very clean"

"We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. "
