"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und leider viel zu kurzen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen unterkunft. Alles hat perfekt gepasst und auch das Wetter machte einigermaßen mit. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt würde ich höchstens die Treppe in das Wasser benennen, da diese aus Holzbist und dementsprechend rutschig auf Dauer wird. Ichbhatte mich dasurch gar nicht nach Genuss der kleinen Sauna in den See getraut. Ich denke, da wäre eine Art Leiter oder ein anderes Material mit guten Haltemöglichkeiten etwas...

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, sonstige Unternehmungen in der Umgebung oder einfach nur zum Entspannen; Räumlich wie haushaltstechnisch gut ausgestattete Fewo, die allerdings nicht so sauber war man das bei Übergabe erwarten würde. Wünschenswert wäre eine Einweisung vor Ort bzw. eine ortsansässige Kontaktperson, die einem bei Problemen unkompliziert weiterhelfen kann. Aber alles in allem ein Objekt, welches man gern wieder buchen...

"Als Familie hatten wir einen fantastischen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Die sehr ruhige und gleichzeitig zentrale Lage war perfekt für die Erkundung Kärntens. Der Aftritz-See ist in 10min über einen schönen Weg fußläufig zu erreichen. Gerade zu Abendstunden ein Erlebnis.Und als Tipp: Neben all den schönen Wanderungen, die man in Kärnten machen kann, ist die Nutzung der Mautstrasse zum Mirnock und die kleine Wanderung zum Gipfel ein absolutes Highlight! "

"Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im Haus. Es hat nichts an Ausstattung gefehlt. Die Übergabe mit Manuela war problemlos, freundlich und super. Tolle Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus. Restaurants füßläufig erreichbar am Falkertsee bis 18 Uhr, Kärntnerhaus bis 22 Uhr auf. Traumhafte Umgebung. Hier kann man sich richtig entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen."

"The resort is very nice and beautifully integrated with nature. The 35m² apartment was clean and well-maintained, with high-quality furniture. Unfortunately, communication with the agency was not very efficient, and the eKey for locking and unlocking the door had some issues. However, the gift of the Kärnten Card provided by the resort is a big plus. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're traveling with kids"

"Bei dieser Ferienwohnung ist wirklich alles drin, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort um jedes Anliegen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, top modern ausgestattet und ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen sicher wieder!"

"Als wir 16:30 Uhr angereist sind, kam erst das Putzteam an[c/i Zeit ab 16 Uhr stand in der Reservierungsbestätigung]. Wir haben uns noch 2 Stunden vertan, und kamen dann gegen 19 Uhr an, der Schock war groß, es wurden zwar neue Betten bezogen, jedoch wurde das Haus nicht geputzt, es war noch schmutzig von den Vorgängern. Das Putzteam musste also erneute kommen, da wir nicht in dem Dreck der vorherigen Gäste wohnen wollten. Generell ist das Haus dringend renervierungs bedürftig, denn wenn die...
