"Wir waren rundum glücklich bei Dimitrios und seiner lieben Frau. Das Haus ist wunderbar: hell und groß und sauber mit einem wunderschönen sehr gepflegten Garten und einem großartigen Pool. Viele Liegen, zwei Terassen und eine Lounge laden zu Erholung pur ein. Morgens gab es frische Orangen aus der hauseigenen Plantage (die wir manchmal selbst geerntet haben und manchmal in einem großzügigen Beutel auf der Terasse vorfanden). "The villa was great - spacious for 4, clean and well equipped. The views from the terrace were amazing. The ping-pong and football tables were much appreciated and of course the pool was fantastic. The host, Despina, was very welcoming and helpful. There are nice beaches nearby but bear in mind that you will need transport to get to them - and the local roads are narrow, winding and sometimes quite potholed. Overall, a very nice spot if you're willing to go slightly off the beaten track...

"Billi is an awesome host, super accomodating, very responsive to requests and questions, very informative to the local area....can not say enough about her and her property. We did a week in Athens first, which is very busy and was not a relaxing portion of our vacation, nor did we expect it to be. We followed that week with a week in Billi's house in Perachora.....so glad we did. So easy to relax here, such a quite place to unwind and let the last weeks anxiety of crazy Athens uptempo life...

"Wir waren für 16 Tage mit Hund im Haus. Und es war eine traumhafte Unterkunft. Super gelegen, viel Platz, für den Hund perfekt, für die Kinder und auch für uns Eltern perfekt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, man ist schnell am Strand und wir sind viel einfach zu Hause geblieben, weil das Haus und der Garten mit Pool toll waren! "My family and I stayed at Casa Annie for about 6 days and enjoyed it very much! It is located a little higher up from the city centre, so it was very peaceful and quiet. Annie was a wonderful host and checked in with us several times throughout our stay to see how we were doing and if we needed anything from her. "Nice but simple house with front garden and direct view/access to the sea, rocky beach. Perfect to have airco in bedrooms (two weeks 36 Celsius in daytime). Whole house has mosquito screens and Spyros took good measures against insects. Bathroom to small but we managed. Be aware that the house is in Schinos, and there is a mountain to overcome to reach Loutraki town (45minutes drive) nice area with some nice restaurants, supermarket a few minutes away and…hardly any non-Greek tourists"
