Great Home for 3 Couples
Clean home, great location (less than 10 minutes from everything). The layout of the home was perfect for our 3 couples. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Prompt host communication!

Time for Family
We had our three adult children and their significant others come to celebrate a family wedding. The home was perfect for us as we enjoyed the large dining room and fully stocked kitchen. The separate mother in law suite in the back was perfect for a couple and provided a quiet space. If you are bringing young children, this home would be perfect! Wonderful indoor play area/family room as well as outdoor playset. Very convenient too I35 and Waco. Communication with the owner was great! For our family, it was a perfect fit!

Family Wedding
The house was nice and comfortable. In a great neighborhood. Had a small issue on our last night and Carol the owner was easy to contact and get the issue taking care of. Was overall very pleased. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again if in the area.

Baylor graduation weekend
We stayed here for Baylor’s graduation instead of having to rent multiple hotel rooms. The location is great, only about 10 minutes from campus. There was plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the owners was very easy. I would recommend the property to others.

All around great!
Spacious, clean, and homey property in a quiet residential area. Lots of "extra" touches such as access to washer and dryer, ironing board, and the single serve coffee was great. Owner very responsive and welcoming.

Great getaway for the weekend. The home was spacious and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. It's a quick drive to all the local sites in Waco. There is a nice backyard for children to play in.

Perfect layout! Very Homy.
My family and I came to Waco with part of our extended family. We had, 5 adults, a 3yr old, a 2yr old and 2 infant younger than a yr. The house was PERECTLY situated with the master on one side of the house and 2 queen rooms on the other side. This made for easy naps for all 4 children and a mother in law suit not attached for the Grammy of the group to get away when needed and just allowed all of us to enjoy the place how we wanted to. The playroom had a lot of toys for the kids to play with, and the it was very cozy for all of us to relax and watch a movie. The backyard was safe, and fun for the kids to swing, play and go down a slide. This was the perfect place for all of us and we couldn't say enough how nice it was for all of us to find a place where it workd as well as it did. Thank you!!

Very nice family home. Good neighborhood. Lots of room inside and outside. Very well equipped with toiletries, kitchen supplies including napkins, spices, condiments. Large family/tv room with children’s toys and games. Outside castle w slide. Outdoor grill w propane. Separate private apartment. Will definitely rebook.

We had a great time in Waco and this house was perfect for our visit. The big family area was perfect for all of us (7) to sit around and relax and visit each evening. Comfy beds and plenty of room for all of us.

Carol’s property was perfect for our family of four adults and two grandchildren. They were extremely responsive and accommodated an early check in so we could put the children down for their naps. The property was great. Exactly as described. Convenient. Everything we needed. We had 5 kids from ages 10 months to 8 years. They all loved the yard, toys, open play are. My husband and myself. My husband's grandparents. The property was so comfortable for everyone and the perfect location for the wedding we had just 10 minutes away.
